First timer. Box arrived smashed up and 2 of the 3 items arrived destroyed. The quality of the cardboard box was flimsy. Recommend to insure your package. Would not recommend if they actually repackage and ship to you.

Although we ensure that great is taken with your parcel whilst it is with and do our very best to check that goods are safe and secure for international transit once the goods are in the couriers hands we have no control of how it is handled. Unfortunately it does look like something heavy has been dropped on the box whilst in transit. The time scales in turn round of parcels was good. The parcels arrived when stated but took quite a battering, luckily there were on this occasion nothing breakable. I would question whether something fragile would have survived. I thought the price was a bit high but I have nothing to compare with.

I see that you shipped them as a multi-piece shipment, I'm not sure if you are aware we do offer a combine and repack service where smaller parcels are repacked together as efficently as possible for shipping. This service not only ensures the goods are safe and secure for international transit it could also reduce the packages overall in size saving on shipping costs.The cost of shipping is generally based on the amount of space the items take up in transit which is called the volumetric weight. It is only when the actual weight is higher than the volumetric weight that the shipping fee is reverted back to being charged on the actual weight. I see that the actual weight of your shipment was smaller than the volumetric weight so the combine and repack service may have been beneficial for you by reducing the cost of shipping as well as protecting the parcels better for transit.I hope this information helps going forward however if you ever require assistance when shipping next time please get in touch with our Customer Service team at info@forward2me.com and we will be happy to guide you.Kind RegardsTracy.

I see that the actual size of the package (volumetric weight) was higher than the actual weight so the shipping fee was based on the higher volumetric weight.We do offer a combine and repack service where our warehouse team will evaluate the package to see if it can be reduced in size to save on the volumetric weight. I was forwarding two packages bought from Amazon.UK, one of which was not showing up in my Forward2me inbox. After I contacted F2M, they suggested that it was probably due to a delivery problem on Amazon side and that I should request that Amazon send it again. Amazon were unable to confirm that the package had been delivered, so it was re-sent and from there, the delivery by F2M to home was exactly as expected. One aspect which I think could be an improvement is if it was possible to set the delivery to a pick-up spot, such as the Luxembourg Post operated Packup boxes or gas stations (DHL allows delivery to these spots)

This is something we have considered and I believe with some couriers this can be arranged after dispatch and before delivery via SMS text messages. The speed at which you forward the package is exceptional. It always arrives in quick time to Australia. Also I like being able to choose the courier. DHL being the best because they're the only ones who still deliver articles at weekends and public holidays and therefore speeding up arrival time. BUT the process of supplying information such as a photo of invoice etc is horrible and difficult to navigate. It can't be an Australian Govt requirement as this is not necessary via similar distributers from the U.S.A. They just ask you to include the cost of the article. So much simpler. I just wish you could make it simpler and more user friendly. I have a friend who fills in the information for me and he's very computer literate but still finds your procedure very complicated.

The shipment was very expensive for sending 100ml fragrances by DHL they take 100% of the cost of the perfume. So it was not fare price. The service itself was prompt and fast and easy.

very good informed page but the forward postage options are so expensive my "cheapest" option was priced at 60 euros and all i wanted forwarded was airpods pro which has quite a small package

Hi,Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm sorry that the cost of shipping was more than you expected.I have taken a look at your shipment and unfortunately it appears your address is in a remote area for DHL and therefore the cost of shipping incurred a remote area surcharge of £17.50 in addition to normal shipping fees increasing the cost of shipping to your area.Shipping smaller parcels sometimes can seem expensive however we do work with our couriers on a regular basis to ensure our customers are receiving the best value possible. Many of our customers look to buy a number of items and have them delivered to their forward2me address, they then combine them together to make shipping more cost effective. These people are legit and they act quickly to respond and to get your order shipped. For me my order was shipped the same day it arrived at their location. When your package shows up at their location you get a notification and a picture of the package. Shipping an item from their website was really easy. They also allow PayPal to pay the shipping invoice.
