The price of shipping includes the use of the address, the acceptance, processing, storage and dispatch of your goods including the export paperwork required for your shipment.

My packages were not consolidated and I received them separately. Additionally, they were repacked unprofessionally.

We do offer the combine and repack service at checkout, if you opt for this service our warehouse team will repack your goods as safely and efficiently for shipping however this is not done unless requested by you from the account.
When the combine and repack service is not requested our team ship out the goods how they have arrived with us however we do our very best to make them safe and secure for international shipping.

Forward2me.co.uk is a fantastic service for obtaining items sold only in the UK. I have used them a few times over the last several years. Each time my items have been forwarded to the US quickly. I have found the costs to be reasonable considering how expensive shipping alone can be. I highly recommend them.

I see on this occasion you did not take advantage of our combine and repack service, this service allows the customer to ask us to repack their goods so they obtain the maximum value for shipping.
Going forward you may wish to consider this service, shipping costs are generally based on the amount of space the shipment takes up in transit, so if we can reduce the size of the package we can usually reduce the overall shipping cost.

Extremely overpriced. Calculator on their website is not accurate and prices are significantly higher later on.

対象のショップ（EU内）→forward2meへの配送時間の方が、foward2me→自宅（日本）の方が早くて驚きました。また機会があれば使いたいです！

Very easy to set up an account with multiple shipping address. 30 days free of charge holding of received packages with no hidden charges. Fast turnaround time from receipt of package to informing the subscriber of multiple courier options/prices available for shipping (DHL, UPS, DPD, TNT etc). A package can be received and shipped within 24 hours. Easy online payment of selected courier. I am very satisfied with forward2me. I continue to use them and can highly recommended. FYI - I order in the UK and have packages shipped to Greece.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Forward2me. I get my packages sent the same day they are received. When I have a question I get a reply to my queries. The good service is causing me to do a lot more shopping that I was anticipating - all Forward2me's fault :) no just kidding. I will continue to use this service. One thing only I wish you could get cheaper charges from the couriers as the USA service is half the price. Maybe look into this.

Service is fast and reliable, but unfortunately a small package could not be forwarded via royal mail to my destination address as I was only given a courier option when trying to forward the package. (More options for delivery to certain destinations is needed)

I'm sorry that you have been unable to use your preferred service for shipping however see that the value of the goods in your shipment were higher than the permitted value for this service. Due to this being untracked Royal Mail only permit packages with a value of £20 or under as there are no guarantees with this service seeing as we have no tracking to trace the package after it leaves us and cannot offer any kind of compensation if the goods are lost in transit.
We do appreciate your feedback however hope you understand our reasoning behind the offering of this service for very low value packages only.
