They ask you to submit an invoice, but if you download an email, it's downloaded as a .eml file, and they don't accept .eml files, also the dispose button is right next to the ship button, making it extremely paranoia inducing that you might accidentally delete your package.

Ich möchte meine Bewertung für Forward2Me gerne von 1 Stern auf 3 Sterne aktualisieren.
In der letzten Bewertung war ich etwas enttäuscht, da sich die Versandkosten intransparent und unerwartet erhöht hatten.
Nach einem intensiveren Austausch mit dem Kundenservice konnte jedoch eine faire Lösung gefunden werden, und mir wurde letztlich wieder der ursprünglich von Forward2Me geschätzte Preis nach der Umverpackung geführt hat.
Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar und möchte den Kundenservice von Forward2Me ausdrücklich loben.
Jedoch anscheinend wurden die Papiere über die Änderung der Versandkosten nicht mit gesendet, was im Zusammenhang mit der Einfuhr in die Niederlande noch zu einer erhöhten Mehrwertsteuer geführt hat. Dies bedeutet, dass der Gesamtpreis dadurch nochmal gestiegen war.
Daher sind es nur 3 von 5 Sternen, ansonsten wären jetzt 4 drin gewesen.
Trotzdem bin ich insgesamt froh, dass eine Lösung gefunden wurde, und schätze die Bemühungen von Forward2Me, auf mein Anliegen einzugehen.

- Transparente Informationen über den Ablauf des ganzen Prozesses.
- Bedienung ist kinderleicht.
Negativ

Due to complications with one of my packages that did not appear for over a month, I experienced a lot of uncertainty, delays, and additional concerns. However, I want to give special thanks to Nica from customer support for her exceptional kindness, understanding, and assistance.
Even though forward2me normally does not offer local UK delivery, Nica made an exception and arranged a shipment to my friend’s address, waived all storage fees, and helped resolve everything quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent, clear, and very supportive throughout the entire process.
Everything was finally resolved without any issues, and the package was successfully delivered.
A big thank you to the team — and especially to Nica. Highly recommended!

I recently had contact with the customer support team, and I want to give special thanks to Joyce at Warehouse Germany. She was incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered clearly, and it really felt like she went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled properly.

My package arrived from Forward2me and I’m thrilled. My experience started with a purchase on eBay from France. Many weeks later my packages finally arrived at the Preston GB warehouse. The warehouse team quickly processed my packages—taking pictures and itemizing the contents. They were carefully repackaged into one package for safety and protection. The package was quickly dispatched to the US, and I had some customs forms to complete that Forward2me helped me complete in a timely manner. The package was released and was delivered the next day in perfect shape. I’m very pleased and I’m extremely grateful to Joyce and Kaye in customer service and the hardworking staff in the warehouse. I know they process many packages in a day. THANK YOU

If you all are as lucky as we’ve been to have Joyce navigate you, through any obstacles you might face, then you’ll always cherish your Forward2Me experience. I accrued a $50 international calling fee on this billing cycle because I just assumed we had it on our plan. Bad. Really bad. The estimates are way off, so I ended up paying twice what I expected - didn't really have a choice at that point. They also required that I had the package re-packed (it was paper, so idk what's up with that) and that took them FOREVER. They spent like 4 days on that.
I paid a LOT for two day delivery. Bankrupted me. Then I get an email the next day saying it is estimated to arrive in 7 days. What the hell? So I contacted support, and they made me want to die. they were so condescending, made me feel like garbage. I'm not wealthy, so I can't afford to be thrown around like this, but I also can't do anything about it. I needed the delivery soon, and it's now going to be way past that. :(

Excessive Empty Space – The current packaging is significantly larger than necessary, which could result in damage to the item due to shifting or crushing during transit.
Irregular Shape or Packaging – Items packed in non-standard forms (e.g., tubes, soft-wrapped parcels, or oddly shaped packages) may incur additional courier fees or be at higher risk of mishandling. Repacking into standard box shapes helps avoid these issues.
Even though it’s just paper, thin cardstock can bend, crease, or get damaged easily. From the shipping company’s perspective, anything that can be damaged in transit may be treated as fragile.

Before shipping items internationally, please be aware that additional duties, taxes, and import fees may apply in the destination country. You need to trust the forward2me, as they will forward your order. This is the reason I checked trustpilot, before using it.
I don't regret it :D Shipping was forwarded from japan. It seem there was a customs problem (still don't know what) but they solved it and I got my order.
Just a note: You will see something like 20$ for DHL shipping. But you need to pay also your local VAT + customs once it arrive in your country and you can also add the insurance. So for a 300$ product, you can easly pay 100$ for DHL (insurance, shipping, customs, VAT, administration) just for sending it in your country.

I trusted Forward2me to import an expensive guitar from England. They assured me everything would go well before I purchased. I learned too late that Forward2me knows absolutely nothing about customs. When UPS asked for forms and shipping numbers, Forward2me told me I had to figure everything out myself. They didn't even know what the forms were. They asked to be updated on the process without ever offering to help solve it. Ultimately the package ended up being destroyed after two months of miscommunication. If there is even a chance you will need customs form, please use an actual customs broker and not this company.

It’s important to note that we act primarily as a shipping and forwarding service and do not provide customs brokerage or clearance support. For items that require CITES documentation or other specialized import permits like musical instruments with certain types of wood we are not equipped to handle the necessary paperwork.

In my case specifically, I had ordered a record that was an EU/UK release only. It just so happened to be one of my favourite artists and the LP was available to purchase before on tour only in the EU.
I used forward2me as my address and it worked! I live in USA, so this was my only chance. The packaging was phenomenal with the webbed cardboard for protection! It made it to me so quickly.
I think I intentionally picked FedEx as my carrier so I would get tracking. FedEx did not mess around and I had my beautiful record in no time, all the while I could track it.

I had already verified the company as legit and it sure is!! Super unfortunate certain companies will not ship to the U.S but thankfully this worked out wonderfully. 10 out of 10 recommend 👌

Forward2me continues to fail at resolving their mistakes. Your photos show the Tracking ID on the package you receive is correct and present but your receiving people assign it to a blank ticket. Not to my account. Then your customer service people do nothing to correct the issue when I contact you.
