I was worried about using them after reading some bad reviews but honestly I can’t believe how easy it was and how good it was!! I bought some plastic figures from AliExpress they wouldn’t ship to UK so I used forward2me to buy them … they processed my parcel at their US delivery warehouse within like an hour of receiving my parcel ! And I was then able to choose which delivery I wanted from their US warehouse to me in the UK … I chose the cheapest option which was £10 and thought it’d take weeks to get here but it only took about a week or so if that to arrive from them !! … I’ll be using them again that’s for sure :)

They check your private packages!! They open them without permission, and then may decide not to send them to you anyway... I got a sample for discount voucher cards for my company (2 empty blank cards with our company logo). The forward2me people decided these must be some super secret and dangerous official ID cards, and they refused to deliver them EVEN after opening them and seeing 2 blank plastic cards with a logo. The customer service was some external service in Asia that had no idea what my order was. Arbitrary, inefficient, and lacking common sense. Stay away from this service, especially the UK one!!

We do not ship company identification cards. The cards you sent were mistakenly categorized as official identification documents by our team, due to frequent issues with fraudulent documents. This error was specific to the UK warehouse and has since been addressed with feedback and process improvements.

Tragedy! I decided to order a Harrods advent calendar, which unfortunately isn’t shipped to the European Union, so I used forward2me. According to the calculator on their website, the shipping was supposed to cost me around £25, so I went ahead with it. How naive of me! The package arrived at their facility, and they priced the shipping at... over £155! I had to pay £155 for shipping a package worth £250. Sending a similar package from the UK to Poland costs at most £20. Scammers preying on people's naivety. I definitely don't recommend them, stay far away!

Offers only one delivery Option to destination outside UK and repacking Consumes a couple of days. DHL delivery was ridiculously expensive with 77€!

From the UK to Germany we currently have 9 different shipping options from companies including DPD, UPS, FedEx and DHL. Each of these services has restrictions on what you can ship, including things like limits on value, size or weight, or the type of goods.
Unfortunately your shipment contained a type of Dangerous Goods. From your perspective that might not make sense as you were only shipping hair care products. We don't make these rules but we are forced to work within them. At forward2me we are fully qualified to ship dangerous goods from all of our locations but many courier services don't allow dangerous goods on their networks owing to the additional burden of special packaging, special handling and additional paperwork. This is why you only see one shipping option - that is the only option currently available to us for that type of goods from the UK to Germany.
I agree with you, the shipping price is high. Unfortunately this is outside our control. The cheaper services have the most restrictions - including not allowing Dangerous Good - that is how they keep their costs low. In addition to being limited to more premium services, substantial additional fees are applied for handling dangerous goods. At forward2me we do not charge anything extra, we just pass those fees straight through from the courier.
This is a frustrating situation even for forward2me but I would like to reassure you that we are continually pressing the couriers to reduce these fees and we are working hard to provide more shipping options in every type of situation.

Great forwaring service to ship packages from the USA to the Netherlands for retailers that don't ship outside of the USA. Also really nice to save on shipping costs by combining packages. Customer service is friendly and responses quick. I got helped by Aimee from the USA warehouse who updated me on the tracking system of USPS and also was quick to inform me personally (before I received the automated message that a package has arrived) that my awaited package did arrive.

I'm editing my review because they solved my issue "kinda", they didn't charge me for my package that got returned.

1. We were unable to recall your shipment after you sent it. This is absolutely correct, we were unable to recall it. You paid GBP 9.99 for the cheapest shipping service available - indeed it is so cheap we sell it at a loss. That particular shipping service is untracked from the moment it leaves our warehouse. Once it has left, it is impossible for anyone to intercept it, recall it or do anything at all - this applies to forward2me, customs, the police and the Almighty. For this reason we do provide a warning when people select it - possibly you clicked to proceed without reading the text.
We maintain the service in order to provide a low cost option for people shipping low value goods when they are unconcerned with tracking or delivery times. If you need to track or recall your package, or speak to someone in customer service (all impossible with untracked shipping), I would strongly recommend paying a little more for a different service.
2. We declared the value of the shipping on the commercial invoice / CN23. Again, you are totally correct, we did declare the shipping. We declared two things on the document - first GBP 10 for the included video game and second, GBP 9.99 for the shipping. Given the 60% duty rate on low value goods in Brazil, the additional costs should have been approx. GBP 6.00. If you feel this is too much, it is best to take it up with your local customs office in Sao Paulo.
We are legally bound to declare the value of both the goods and the shipping. If we do not, we risk delays, fines and additional charges for us and our customers. Some forwarding companies do declare shipping at zero and sometimes they can get away with it but it is a dangerous game that can dramatically backfire because every customs officer in every country of the world knows the trick! forward2me has very large discounts on international shipping rates. If you have paid $100 to forward2me in shipping that means the underlying service with FedEx, DHL or UPS would be around $500 for a person without an account. If forward2me declares shipping as zero value or gift, the customs agent will often go online to find the list price of the shipping service and calculate the duty based on the $500 list price - they don't care that you really paid $100 and then tried to not declare $100. In the case of someone in Brazil with 60% duty, that is the difference between $60 duty on $100 actual shipping cost vs. $300 duty on $500 list shipping price. Generally speaking it is not worth the risk to most customers.

Do not make business with this company, they will screw you over just like they did with me, they are so retarded they displayed the shipping cost on the invoice, now I have to pay double what I was planning to, in taxes, asked for help and their good for nothing staff didn't do anything to help me, talk about being useless. I hope this company goes bankrupt.

I've shipped from multiple countries around the world and have purchased from many online stores in the UK, all of which were less than a third of the cost. When payment was due after being made to pay for repackaging (which was actually very good) the price went up over 20% which was already high. They also charged me for multiple items instead of one, after notifying them about this they said they would change that which the did back to single item but price remained the same.

A simple way to get deliveries to the UK from companies within the EU that don't ship here post Brexit. Quick and easy to use and very efficient with all your customs fees paid before the item is delivered. Useful to be able to 'bundle' orders into one box to reduce costs. Have also used for a package from the USA which was actually quicker than from the EU!
