The service was great honestly. I was scared at first about having my package sent to a random location in a whole another country but I was sent swift alerts on when my package had arrived and what the next steps were. Will most definitely come back when I need to some more shopping in the UK!!

I've used forward2me twice now. In both occasions, I was actually in different countries and was able to ship something from the UK. Price isn't the cheapest but delivery is almost certainly guaranteed.

Although we do appreciate that you must have been very disappointed that we were unable to ship your goods I'm afraid we wasn't able to ship this type of product via our courier services. We do state on our terms of trade under the prohibitied list that we don't ship tobacco related products to try to avoid customer being disappointed that we can't help them with these products. I'm sorry you weren't aware of this before you shipped the goods to your forward2me address.

Very bad experience I will not use it any more they ask me to add my bill my ID I got also error when I was tray to send my packege and last thing it is very very expensive I will not use your service or recommend it to anyone

Its very expensive compare to all other shipping services company..also, you show many options at first moment but then when items arrive your warehouse the cheaper options disappear which make us lose trust on your services

The 1st option choosed for shipping didn't work, they helped me out and organized a 2nd way to deliver the item to me. Bad thing is, I think its too expensive. It was just a cassette and it cost almost like big parcel. Not sure if I'm goin to use it again.

I do apologise that the initial shipment didn't work for you, I see that you registered under Spain whereas you were based in the Canary Islands, unfortunately the first courier service you opted only offered the service to mainland Spain and not to your actual country.
The cost of shipping is calculated on the amount of space the shipment takes up in transit however there is a minimum weight and cost for shipping, therefore it is much more cost effective to receive a number of parcels and combine them together in one shipment than to ship one small parcel.
I hope this all helps explain the issues you experienced using the service however hope you will consider using again soon. Please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at any if you need any assistanced with shipping.

It was my first time using the service, and the entire process went nice and smooth. The communication was excellent (if I wrote them a message, they'd even get back to me in the same day sometimes). You're notified of everything happening, from packages being received to tracking numbers once they've been shipped. I really didn't know what to expect first, since most of my importing came from using websites that shipped directly to the US. However, I found myself in a situation where I wanted items from overseas that either, a) where not available to be shipped worldwide, or b) where available but the markup was just completely unacceptable. This is the problem that forward2me solved for me. Their service is professional, they answer quickly to inquiries, and their prices are pretty reasonable. I have used both their warehouse in Guernsey (super awesome to be able to avoid paying VAT for international deliveries from the UK!) and their warehouse in Japan. Both instances went smoothly, so I'm sure to keep using them for importing goods in the future. Very happy with them!
