I would like to recognize Nica (warehouse – Green Lane West, Preston, PR3 1NJ, UK) for a job well done. I had an issue with getting my order shipped to the US (from the UK). Apparently, there are/was changes to US Customs regarding the threshold amounts of items that could be shipped with incurring duties and fees that I was not aware of. Nica went out of her way to research the issue and provide me with information and possible alternatives.
Unfortunately, there was no way to get around paying the duties/fees that US Custom was going to impose on incoming orders from abroad (my order as not over $800), but that was no fault to Nica nor Forward2me.
Instead of becoming a very frustrating situation, Nica became an ally and tried everything to assist. I really appreciated that sort of attention to detail as she really wasn't obligated to go that extra mile, but she did. For that I would definitely like to give her Kudos for a job well done as she showed me what good (no GREAT) customer service is all about. Thank you again Nica for all of your efforts and being such an AWESOME person (it made a difference)!

A complete rip off, charged me 136 euros to ship a package with dhl, which should have cost 34.99 euros based on their standard rates. So Forward2me have charges me an extra 120 euros including extra duty.
The response from Forward2me is incorrect as I had to considerate 2 packages in to one and once that process has started I was unable to select a cheaper shipping solution. Forward2me did offer me a credit for future shipping, BUT as I used this service for a specific purpose the offer of credit was of no value to me.

While I love the service, there have been changes which make me less enthusiastic about their service. We are now required to upload an invoice rather than inputting the information yourself. Great idea in theory and when you upload the invoice ahead of the time it automatically lists everything with prices and it looks like you are all set. Then your package arrives, and they put it on hold with the reason "Awaiting Invoice" despite it all ready having been uploaded 2 days before delivery and cant reload because its all ready there. Very frustrating, because now I have to submit a ticket to ask why its has not been processed, which will take a few days for them to respond - so now its more delays.

Hidden fees and forces custom duties fees upfront when shipping.

Edit: problem is the upfront custom duties are three times the actual custom duties I would pay directly to the customs. So basically they abuse this new DDP policy to overcharge. I have no issue with other package forwarding services.

We’ve recently experienced repeated issues where couriers has billed back duties and taxes to the shipper, even when shipments were sent using DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This has caused unexpected costs and inconsistencies.

We’ve made the decision to only allow DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) shipments to Saudi Arabia moving forward. This ensures all duties and taxes are prepaid and accounted for upfront, eliminating the risk of surprise charges later.

This policy now applies to all shipments from all our warehouse locations.

While forward2me UK are a bit slow, but friendly and thrustworthy, forward2me USA is a complete different storry. While all purchase documents have been submited even before the goods have arrived to forward2me USA, questioning started useing standard emails ("Tracking Number:, Courier Details:, Sender Details:, Brief description of the package contents:, Copy of Purchase Invoice/Proof of Purchase:). No one looked into the uploaded documents. It went on in a loop. Sending me questions, not reading answers, sending same or slightly different questions, 13 times!!! Waiting up to 4/5 days for reaction sometimes. Its all about two fans, two cpu brackets and a cutting tool. In the meantime I compiled a list additional to invoices. This list contains: description, shipping company, tracking id and value of goods for each article. This list has been send several times to forward2me USA and is strictly ignored. Then I got the confirmation Jxxxx understood the issue: "To confirm, the tracking id xxx- should only have the below item? bi-metal hole cutter flat drill edge", to fix the wrong allocation. I confirmed and Jxxxx wrote me to do that within two days. Next I was asked to confirm the physical disposal of the articles by Jxxxx. I asked forward2 for another employe to help me, but was asigned back to Jxxxx. Now the tracking number of the fans has been removed out of forward2me´s system without my consent. The whole process starts feeling like a mind game. Thanks to the removed tracking number I am not even able to combine and repack and ship with wrong allocations, paying double tax. I cannot access the goods any more. In two days I am running in a situation, where I have to pay almost $100 for storage per month. Fully dependend on the mercy of forward2me to get the articles repacked and shipped to Germany.

Update: Now everything was solved within 6 days, the parcel is on its way.
I am very thankful Aimee solved the issue. forward2me has taken over shipping costs at their expense as goodwill gesture. Did not expect that at all.

I had a bit of an issue with my package due to it being classified as containing dangerous goods turns out lavender essential oil falls into that category. It caused some delays, but I must say the support I received made all the difference.

A huge thank you to Joyce from the customer service team! She was incredibly helpful and guided me patiently through the whole process. In the end, I was even offered free shipping, which was completely unexpected and truly appreciated.

I’ve received 4 different shipments via Forward2me in the last year and must say I am very pleased with their service.


Website Handling:
The forward2me website is not the most intuitive, but sufficiently simple for me. After some time getting to know the website and how it works I easily received my warehouse address.
After shipping my Items to the warehouse address, I received an email from forward2me upon their arrival and easily forwarded them to my address. I was able to choose between multiple carriers with different pricing and delivery times.


Delivery Time:
All four of my shipments so far had arrived on time without any delays. I’ve tried multiple carriers like UPS/FedEX and their F2me cross border shipping and all of them worked very well.

Package Condition:
Since I ordered items that could easily break on an international shipment, I was very worried at first, but amazed when my packages arrived.
All four of them arrived a in a great condition in respect to the distance they had traveled.


Overall I am very satisfied with their service and haven’t had any problems so far.

I’m so happy with my decision to have my items delivered via Forward2Me!

I ordered some shoes and jeans from Ariat International in the USA. Initially, I thought all the items would arrive in the Warehouse in one package, but they ended up being delivered in three separate shipments.

Joyce and Nica from the warehouse in Delaware, USA, were incredibly helpful. They assisted me in filling out the necessary information for each shipment and made sure that all my items were repacked together into one large box, including the original shoe boxes, just as I requested.

Everything was beautifully packed, and the whole process felt very smooth. They were super friendly, fast, and kept me constantly updated via WhatsApp and email — so I always knew what was going on.

I received the package in Germany today, and it arrived in perfect condition. All the items were well protected and just as I had hoped!

One thing I didn’t realize (my own oversight) is that Forward2Me only handles the shipping charges — not the customs or import taxes. Since my order value was over €150, I had to pay additional taxes upon arrival in Germany. Just something to keep in mind when ordering from the U.S.! But honestly, these were unique products I couldn’t find here, so I’m still very happy.

Overall, I can highly recommend Forward2Me for their outstanding service and great communication. I’ll definitely use them again for future orders!

I have been using their service for some years now however company must have grown and competencies are left behind in basic knowledge on rules and regulations my package started to be categorized wrongly first I ignored it and gave benefit of doubt however as it keeps happening I think your staff needs training reeding rules on shipping and understanding eu law

Amazing service. Had some issues with what the store in Germany sent to my box. Forward2me worked with me to get my shipment fixed up so I could receive it in the States. Justine is a Superstar!

If you need something sent from Germany to the USA (Manhattan, NYC) this is the service to use.

Update: Another support agent helped me within a few hours after I reached out in chat! A bit after I was reconnected with the agent I was working with before and she was kind enough to combine my last packages and ship them off to me. It was completely free as she mentioned before and again was really kind and thorough in her replies. I really appreciated her and the chat agent taking my concerns seriously and letting me know that I am valued as a customer. Though I haven’t received the refund mentioned i’m still happy with how everything was handled and i’ll be sure to keep using their services in the future!


When combining packages their system will occasionally mess up and only select one of your packages to combine and repack which is a waste of money and time. This has happened to me twice now and immediately after this happened again, I reached out to customer service. They took almost a week to get back to me just to tell me they couldn’t because the warehouse already repacked my ONE item.
Again, it took DAYS for my item to get repacked as there were over 400 packages in front of mine and they send you updates on the queue.

And the whole time I was waiting on a response, my other package was accruing storage fees and I was told i’d have to pay AGAIN for repackaging fees.

The agent I was emailing did not care and did not bother to read what I was saying. Because of this it became extremely frustrating to talk to him as he kept trying to cite rules and policies that didn’t apply because it was THEIR system that messed up. Then I was offered a coupon to help with the fees and but the coupon didn’t even work. I was stuck going back and forth with an agent for almost two weeks where nothing got resolved and I had to pay almost $100 just to ship two shirts.

Then another agent reached out and thankfully was very kind. I was offered a refund for my other storage fees and free shipping on my next package but now the storage for my other items have drastically jumped up and the new agent is no longer responding. It’s gone from -4 to -24 to -37 within three or four days which is quite the jump in fees i’m going to have to pay. I’m also worried about the safety of my packages because there is a cut off to them holding your packages and i’ve yet to get a response as my storage time keeps randomly hiking up.

I was extremely disappointed with the first agent’s customer service and i’m trying to remain hopeful with the new agent but again i’m worried about my packages and fees with no further replies from customer service.

I am really please with the service I received from Jamie at the UK warehouse! My package turned out to be quite difficult to ship due to the fact that it contained a bike battery, which qualifies as 'dangerous goods' when shipping from the UK to the Netherlands. After a bit of back and forth Jamie managed to find a solution using specialized packing materials and a qualified shipping service. I'm very pleased with this solution, as I really do need the battery ;) Thanks again!
