Very high shipping costs

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the cost of shipping via our services, we do feel that we offer value for the service provided.
The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.
I see on your last shipment that although the item you shipped was very light, the actual size of the package was quite large so the shipping price was calculated on the volumetric weight rather than the actual weight.

j'ai aimée le service, il est rapide et clair.
pour mes achats j'ai reçu corréctement mes colis,
j'aurais tous de méme aimé avoir des choix un peu plus large à petit prix, en général le cout de transfert via dhl sont cher et semble l'unique option eco pour le maroc une fois les 20GBP dépassé, et l'envoi tourne au tour de 45€ pour une petit coli, ce qui limite le type d'achat à faire et t'oblige d'une certain facon à acheter plus pour que ça soit rentable au transfert
mais dans l'immédiat ça repond parfaitement à certain type d'achat et je recommande comme service
j'ai aussi apprécié le fait que ton expédition et faite quasi le méme jour et le faite que t a 30j de conservation par colis avant de decider l'envoi

It was good. My only disappointment is that regular UK post option was not provided, consequently the courier cost was very high. It could have been a much cheaper option to have regular post for an item that was not needed urgently. If I had realised that before sending my item, I probably would not have done it.
