They answer their emails and work to get your package out the door and into your hands. Website is reasonably easy to navigate. Pay attention to the fact that their low-cost non-trackable shipping method is only available for shipments which cost less than 20 GBP (roughly 25 USD). If you're shipping, say, a 4.5kg (10 lb) package from the UK to the US, their DHL option is the cheapest, and it will cost you around 40 GBP (@52 USD). This includes a 10 GBP (13 USD) premium, which is their profit. Pretty reasonable in my opinion.

i placed a personal shopping order on a UK website to be shipped to me in australia and there were a few hiccups with the communication of the requirements for the GST, which was confusing and slowed things day - example i was asked to provide the receipt details, which i didn't have because the order was placed by forward2me.

I'm pleased to hear that you were happy with the speed of shipping however a little disappointed that there were a few issues with our Personal shopper service.
Since the introduction of GST by the Australian Government for the import of lower value goods into Australia we are obliged to ask our customers to upload a copy of their purchase confirmation for the goods we are shipping to us. I do understand this may have been a little confusing for the package containing the goods purchased via our Personal Shopper service. For this kind of purchase you would need to upload the invoice received from forward2me seeing as we have purchased the goods directly from the supplier on your behalf.
I hope this helps explain the process going forward however please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service team at info@forward2me.com if you require any further clarification on this process.

The parcel was forwarded promptly and arrived in good order. I would usually order direct from product website and their postage charge through DHL is £15. The charge from forward2me was 3 times this amount, also through DHL. This would be my one disappointment.

This was my first time using a forwarding service, so I was super nervous, but everything went smoothly! Set up was easy, and all of my questions were answered very fast. My package was processed the day it was received by their warehouse, and shipped out as soon as I made the payment. They even checked to make sure my product was correct and without defects as I requested. I received my package (to California) within 2 days. Will definitely use forward2me again!

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with price paid for shipping, although the actual weight of your parcel was 15.94 kg the volumetric weight was 16.74 kg, therefore the shipping cost was charged on the higher volumetric weight.
The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.
I hope this helps explain how the cost of shipping is calculated on our site, we do feel we offer value for money for the service provided. The price paid is for shipping however does also include the use of the address, the acceptance, processing, storing and preparation of your goods for shipping.

I was worried about the authenticity of this service because I had read some bad reviews of similar re-shippers. I am very happy to say that I didnt run into any issues with my order. Once my package arrived at the forward to me warehouse they kept be very up to date on what was going on with it. They were more transparent than they company that I actually ordered the package from XD
