Customer service were quick to answer and offered decent solutions/answers.
Low rating due to the poorly designed website and because each book was individually wrapped in a DHL bag when they could have been bulk wrapped, zero for environmental consciousness.
I did try to combine and repack the previous order; that option would not give me a final shipping option and or price. The website gave no indication why it was not working, therefore I assumed it was my browser acting up. Ended up trouble shooting by first deleting cookies, trying two new browsers, deleting their cookies, checking updates for Java etc and even used a different computer.
In the end I had to email customer service to find out why I could not combine and repack. Swift reply from Chris, and he mentioned that it wasn't going to be any cheaper to ship, that is why that option did not yield any price and shipping results. The website should have given me that "reason" as to why combine and repack was not working rather than have me faff around.
Next order I'll pay the extra £** to save on wrapping for the environment!
Finding customer service's email was also a pain to acquire. After logging in, the FAQ and Contact Us section disappears. Only way to access that information was to click on "back to site". The FAQ and contact us links should be placed within the left side of the profile page or at the bottom of the profile page where "about" "services" "legal" and "protection" are found. Not user friendly at all.

I'm sorry to hear that it wasn't clear why you could not combine and repack your goods, we have made lots of improvements to this process in recent weeks and you should see a difference next time you ship with us.
However we do not repack goods into one box unless the customer requests this service via the combine and repack option, therefore going forward if you do prefer your goods to be repacked together with less packaging please choose the combine and repack option.
For the issues seeing the contact page and faq section, when logged into your account you should see a red button at the top right hand side of the page, this will take you back to the site to see the features such as contact page and faq section.
I hope you will be pleased with the improvements we have made to the site, we do appreciate your feedback, it is always good to hear the opinion of our customers to see how we can improve the site going forward.

Forward2me is an excellent service, but a little expensive for shipping. That alone would stop me from buying through them again. If they could somehow reduce the shipping costs they would get much more custom.

I see that the goods you have shipped were very delicate and maybe needed more packaging than usual which would volume out the overall parcel.
The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.

Used forward2me a couple of times now for my apple UK orders. Every time it’s just sublime.
After delivery it’s in your account super Fast and if it’s still the afternoon there they will ship the same day!
Prices are also very good. Not to expensive and no mountly/yearly fee. Love it!

They need to improve their repackaging service. Some of my items were damaged upon arrival. I thought the packaging was poor and should have been much better considering the cost. It also took a lot longer than advertised to arrive. I contacted Forward2me and they said it was 'out of their hands'. Not much help to me!

I see that that we don't appear to have received an email from you reporting this damage so I will contact you shortly to look into this further for you.
I do apologise that your parcel was delayed and therefore the delivery took longer than expected. I see that your shipment was placed on hold in your country under a Government Agency hold, unfortunately when a parcel is held by customs the parcel is under their control and there is nothing either the courier or forward2me can do until customs has released the parcel for onward forwarding. I know this must have been very frustrating for you however as you mentioned this is out of our control.
I hope this all helps explain the issues you experienced and as mentioned I will be in touch shortly to investigate the damages to your shipment and try to resolve this for you.

Forward2me has proven itself over and over again to be the best forwarding service I have used. Having three accounts in several countries I wouldn't count on them as much as forward2me. The website / mobile user experience is fenomenal and you have several shipping options to fit your needs.
