The website worked well, easy to follow the status. It was very expensive and it wasn't easy to comminicate via Whatapp, the different timezones made following the chat difficult as it seems to start a new conversation after a delayed reply. I wish there's a bit more options and flexibility when it comes to packaging/repackaging. It all ended up being a very expensive experience, I paid for this forwarding service three times more than the costs of the items. The website estimated the shipping costs to be much lower. Probably won't be needing this service again as I learned my lesson.

Great website, and they give you the actual weight for your item, unlike other services where their weighting system is not accurate.

The only problem that doesn't make me use your service again is your price, you are too expensive compared to all the other three competitors. you are about 35-40% more expensive than my other option.

I think you should offer a discount when someone is shipping more than 10 items ( I usually do 30-40 items together.

I think you should also allow shipping inside the UK (This option is offered by other competitors)

Way to expensive for such a tiny package. Not worth it for something small cheap. I ended up with probably the most expensive tape measures in Iceland. But the service was good and fast.

This is my second order from forward2me and I have been pleased with both orders. With this particular order I did have a query that was clarified with one quick call to the company. In addition I needed my packages consolidated which I would like to personally thank Andrew Bindon for processing. His preparation of my box actually helped speed up a usually gruesome process when collecting from customs. I will definitely be using forward2me again in the near future!

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the price paid for our services, the cost of shipping is generally calculated from the UK by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.

I'm sorry I cannot comment how other forwarding companies calculate their costs however the price paid for shipping includes a full service, the use of multiple free addresses for delivery, the acceptance and processing of your packages, 30 days free storage from arrival, preparation for shipping and all export documentation required for shipping.

We are unable to compete with retailers who offer their own shipping, this is often done at cost or at a loss as they cover their costs with the sale of the product, we just offer a service so need to cover our costs within the shipping fees.

I'm pleased to hear that you are overall happy with the service offered however you would like to see some preferential rates as a regular shipper.

We do currently offer a 30 day free storage period for our customers so they can collate their parcels and repack them together to obtain the maximum value for shipping. Also we offer the free address service and don't charge a monthly or annual fee like many other forwarding companies charge.

Once my package arrived at their location it was shipped the same day and arrived to me in the US 4 days later (Thursday-Monday) which was extremely fast.
