Hi,
Many thanks for reviewing our service however I'm really disappointed to see that you are unhappy with the service we have provided.
I'm sorry that you have not explained the reason for this review further as I have looked back at our correspondence with you and can only see that our agents have done their very best to provide you with the best service possible.
I can see that you are unhappy that we are unable to deduct vat from your shipping invoice however due to you not yet having a valid EU Vat number we cannot take off the vat on your invoices, once your application for this number has been approved and received we will be more than happy to action your request. However for the time being we have to follow the correct guidelines for this procedure.
We see that you have submitted some requests for our repacking service however due to the size of your parcels we was unable to provide you with your preferred service. This restriction is made by the courier and not ourselves so unfortunately we are unable to ship a parcel which is larger than the permitted size for the service set by the courier.
I hope this covers all the points you are unhappy with, our Customer Service team have a very good reputation and we will that we always go above and beyond for the customer which sets us aside from our competitors.

It's so easy to use and allows me to buy packages delivered only to UK and DE, but then forward to different countries. Great service, much recommended, fast (they forwarded the package same day on Friday, and I received it on Monday in Poland, just wow)

英国から発送依頼を行ってから数日で日本に到着しました。5ヵ所で購入した商品を一括で転送したのですが、1箱にまとめられるわけではなく5個口で転送されました。それでも送料が割高になるわけではないので問題ないです。もしコワレモノを購入された場合であれば、箱の詰め替えサービス(有料)もあるので利用する価値があると思いす。今回は英国にしか発送してもらえない商品を購入することができたので良かったです。もう既に他に購入したい商品を見つけてしまっているので、近いうちに再び利用することになりそうです。

The whole experience went very smoothly. I was able to have an item shipped from the UK to the US without any issues. Just provided the given warehouse address on the order and I was notified by forward2me when it arrived. I paid the shipping and it was sent out quickly. I would definitely use the service again for companies that do not otherwise ship to the US.

I did not expect my package to arrive so quickly and with so much care! Not to mention their great customer service! So happy I used forward2me! Although the pricing was a little high, if you really want your item to come quickly and with ease, I’d recommend this site for purchasing outside the US and shipping to the US.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the price you have paid for shipping however we do feel that we offer good value for money for the service we provide.
The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.
I see that your package although light in weight did have a larger volume so the cost of shipping was calculated on the actual volumetric weight rather than the actual weight. In these instances we do offer a combine and repack service to help reduce the volume of a parcel as much as possible however I see that you did not take advantage of this service on this occasion. Please contact our customer service team if you require further details on this service and we can assist you with the process.
We do work with our couriers on a regular basis to ensure that our customers are provided with the best value for shipping however during the current pandemic all our couriers have added an emergency surcharge which increased the price of shipping for our customers. Due to lack of air freight space this year with the decrease of passenger flights, prices have increased significantly and these surcharges have been put in place to help them cover these increases.
Please also bear in mind the price paid to forward2me is not just for the cost of shipping, we offer a free UK address, we don't charge any annual or monthly fees like many of our competitors, we accept, process, store and prepare your goods for shipping and include the processing of all export paperwork required. We understand some retailers offering shipping at a lower price however they have the advantage that they are covering their costs on the sale of the product, we need to cover all our processing costs within the final price.
