I’ve been waiting over three weeks for my package (ID: US-61-2174315202852697) to be shipped from the Delaware warehouse.
I uploaded all required invoices and documents, including the FDA notice, yet my package is still stuck even after being approved for shipping. I’ve sent several emails with no reply for days.
This has been the slowest and most frustrating experience I’ve had with a forwarding service — definitely not the “fast turnaround” that’s advertised.
I just want my parcel shipped or at least a clear response from someone in management

They said that a 20 lb item was 0 lb, I was so confused that I had to ask for photos to verify that I got the right package, causing unnecessary expense and delay

I ordered a magazine, and it was flagged as fragile, which meant it said it couldn't be sent by itself. Luckily, I was ordering 4 stamps with it, which apparently weren't seen as fragile (???). Go figure. I had to pay a repackaging fee. Fair enough. But then the postage fee was extortionate! £50! When I used the calculator on the website, it said the size and weight would cost around £10, which was fine. But 50? Ridiculous! But it (FedEx) was given as the only option, so I had to pay for it. The other options were more expensive still! It seemed like there were far too many excuses to get extra money out of me, with a magazine being "fragile" and the repacking fee, and the stupidly high postage fee. How can it possibly cost that much? That works out at well over $100 AUD for me. For a magazine and 4 stamps. Not impressed at all.

I have used this company multiple times, and I have faced various issues with them. However, after a lengthy back-and-forth process, they end up fixing the situation.
Though my 1 star review now is due to a major issue that cannot be overlooked. I had a book arrive to their Germany address, and I just needed to ship this one item. To my shock, the shipping price is as expensive as shipping multiple items. I have always found them to be too expensive, but this is excessive.
AND, they are forcing customers to pay duties and tax before shipping their packages. To make matters worse, the cost of the duties and tax is higher than the shipping cost. I checked the calculation of duties and tax within my country, to find that Forward2me has completely raised the price. Duties for books in my country are zero, yet this company has priced it higher than the shipping cost.
I have contacted them, asked them to recheck and recalculate the duties and tax total. Their response? This is calculated through Zonos and we can't recalculate it.
So they are blatantly SCAMMING people and refusing to fix it or check it. This is unacceptable. They are also not responding to my emails anymore.
And honestly? After over a year of dealing with their nonsense, they are constantly trying to raise their prices and force their customers to pay more than needed (for example, constantly asking you to pay duties after you've already got the package delivered and paid, labeling an item as dangerous goods to force you to pay extra and then having to argue with them and prove the item isn't dangerous).
I WONT be using them again, this was the last straw. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

As I was unable to get my package shipped to Australia from the vendor in the US, I opted to try Forward2me, based on previous reviews.
It was really easy to set up an account and acquire a US postal address for the shipment, and the address was accepted without problem by the vendor.
My parcel did go missing, sort of - It was delivered to the right place, but it just hadn't been allocated as received.
The customer support was fantastic, with a particular mention of Jamie, and Honey (USA warehouse). I couldn't be happier with the communication and support received, and even happier that my parcel was quickly located and readied for the final leg of shipment.

Shipping, some factory sealed iPhones only x3 and the company have decided to mark them as dangerous goods, despite them being perfectly safe for shipment since Friday, I have been requesting a label to which I have not been getting any response as of today all I was told is that they’re going to make an invoice for me to pay nothing since Saturday early morning and it’s now Tuesday nobody is ever on the phone lines on the WhatsApp is also dead.
Other companies have automatic systems, even if something has a battery it will automatically choose a shipping line that suits best.

As a certified freight forwarder, we are required by international aviation law to declare and handle such shipments appropriately to ensure compliance and safety. This includes applying special packaging, labeling, and documentation procedures before dispatch.
Unfortunately, these additional requirements can sometimes cause processing delays, especially when our specialist team needs to verify the shipment contents and prepare the necessary paperwork. The delivery has failed 2x before it finally succeeded. It seems that the warehouse in Germany did not know how to check for the Amazon One-Time Password.
Had to call the UK number and a support team member Aimee contacted the warehouse in Germany and made them aware that they have to use the One-Time Password for Amazon delivery.

I should have waited for the experience to finish before I wrote a review, but I was upset at the time. I am expecting my package tomorrow, which means hopefully everything went as planned. We noticed that you ship your goods as DAP, unfortunately, we currently dont offer Delivery duty paid with UPS right now, we only offer this via FedEx and DHL to the USA.
As you use UPS, UPS has faced major delays for U.S.-bound shipments because of new customs requirements. Thousands of packages are being held at UPS hubs, and in some cases, packages cannot clear customs due to missing or incomplete paperwork.
Forward2Me handles shipping and forwarding, but customs clearance is managed by UPS and U.S. Customs. We cannot control customs processing times or requirements.
Most packages (over 90%) clear customs the same day they arrive at UPS hubs. The remaining shipments may take several days or weeks depending on paperwork completeness, inspections, and duty payments.

The entire communication went smoothly even when I had several questions about my order. Since I was sending fragile goods, I was unsure if everything would arrive unbroken, but everything arrived intact. Also, the delivery to my home address was very fast and fairly cheap (I could have chosen a cheaper option, but because of the fragile items, I didn't).

Despite requiring content and details of the package and opening these, the provided quote was 6 times less than the amount due to the carrier (here UPS). In the meantime, because of taht, the package was blocked and no information nor help provided until resolution from my side with UPS (taht had no contact details on the package); A MESS WITH A HUGE DELAY. Parcel received too late at enormous unanticipated cost.

Ich habe leider keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich habe in England einen Adventskalender mit Kosmetik/ Parfüm bestellt und nutzte den Lieferservice für die Weiterleitung nach Deutschland. Zunächst war das Paket nicht auffindbar und man verwies mich an den Absender. Ich konnte nachweisen, dass die Lieferung an das Lager erfolgt ist, mit Beweisfoto . Dann teilte man mir mit, dass das Paket nun gefunden wurde, aber das es sich um gefährliche Güter handelt, die nun umverpackt werden müssen, zusätzlich würden Kosten von über 100 € anfallen, allerdings befinde ich mich leider in der Warteschleife mit über 400 Paketen (!!!) vor meinem. Es befinden sich im Kalender 4 Fläschchen Parfüm mit jeweils 10 ml, mit innen und außen- Verpackung, es fällt somit unter die LW-Kennzeichnung = Kleinmengenregelung. Seit über 3 Wochen liegt es jetzt dort. Ich habe bei einem anderen Händler in England einen Adventskalender mit nahezu identischen Produkten bestellt, der direkt nach Deutschland geschickt wurde, ohne Umweg, ohne Zusatzkosten, keine Deklaration als Gefahrengut.

Nachdem ich etwa die Hälfte des Warenwertes für Zoll, Umverpackung und Versand bezahlt habe, bekomme ich nach 5 Wochen nun die Nachricht, dass die Ware beim Zoll festgehalten wird. Es fehlen Informationen. Einen Ansprechpartner habe ich nicht. Was ist bitte die Aufgabe von forward2me?
Nachtrag: Die Bestellung ist am 19.9.2025 im Lager von forward2me eingegangen. Heute ist der 26.10.2025 und das Paket ist immer noch nicht am Zielort (Deutschland), natürlich wird es auf den Zoll geschoben, dabei lag das Paket wochenlang im Lager. Muss jeder selbst entscheiden, ob er den Dienst in Anspruch nehmen möchte.

F2me always finds a way to please customers, and that, along with its quality of service and attention to customers make the company the best in its branch.
Recently had an issue regarding a wrong extra charge on my account, which, unfortunately, took almost a week to solve, BUT, upon analysis, F2me ended up nicely by refunding me what was extra charged. No big deal, no discussions, no stress.
Aimee, Joyce and Nica, as usual, took care of the situation and now all is solved. Thanks for understanding and being cooperative; that's why I am a long-term customer so far. :)

I used to love their service because I was able to order from the UK without having to be in the UK.
Then they had to repack my package and charged me extra because they knew I needed the package.
Over 210€ to ship two battery toys (literally plushies) and 2 small bottles of nail polish.
I'll definitely not use their service again.
