The whole principal of this service is freight consolidation and forwarding. They simply put each of my 6 packages in a DHL bag and sent it to me, while charging me for the privilege. It would have been cheaper for me to just send the packages direct from the suppliers.

Hi,Many thanks for your feedback.There are two options for shipping multiple packages, first of all you can choose our combine and repack service. This service is offered when we repack and combine orders together into as least boxes as possible so our customer obtains the maximum value for shipping. For this service we charge £2 per package which is added to your final shipping invoice.Alternatively, we can offer a multi-piece shipment for some of our courier services. Here our customers can just choose up to 15 packages to be added to one shipment and ship them out as multi-pieces under the same shipment number. No additional fees are charged for this service but the goods would not be repacked into one box.I see from your shipment that you have chosen the second option for consolidation which does not include repack. The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight. For your shipment I see that the actual weight of the combined parcels was 3.09 kg and the volumetric weight was 6.55 kg therefore it may have been more cost effective for you to choose our combine and repack service. If we had been able to reduce the overall volumetric weight nearer to the actual weight we may have been able to save on the cost of shipping.Shipping costs also include the use of the address, the acceptance, processing, storage and preparation of your goods for shipping including any export paperwork required. Some suppliers may offer slightly cheaper shipping prices than forward2me however this is down to them offering shipping either at a loss or at cost as they are able to cover ther costs in the sale of the product. Many thanks for your feedback however I'm sorry to hear that there has been a problem with your shipment.
I see that we have responded to both your Twitter notification and the whatsapp message, I'm sorry if this took a little longer than expected however we are working on responding to all queries within 24 hours and see that we have provided this service level on our responses.
One of our agents have investigated your issue with the courier and have identified that the missing paperwork is a Power of Attorney that you need to provide to the courier to arrange the clearance of your goods. I believe we have advised you to contact the courier to provide this document, once this has been completed and returned there should be no issue with the clearance and delivery of your goods.
I'm sorry we have no control of import procedures, this is down to the receiver to complete any necessary import documentation to clear their goods, we provide documentation for the export entry only and often customs in the receiving country will only deal with the consignee directly and not the shipper.
I hope this helps resolve the issues you are experiencing and how to resolve them however if you require any further assistance from forward2me please feel free to contact us.

The service is nice, but the price and the cost are very high I found it difficult to exchange and return and it was not resolved, so I received it

The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.
I see from your shipment that although the goods you shipped were very light in weight because of their size the shipping costs have been calculated on the actual volumetric weight. I gave them a 5 star rating because the processing time was really fast, Forward2me swiftly notify me as soon as my parcel arrived in my suit’s, the amazing team never hesitate when it comes to shipping my package, this was my first time shipping with Forward2me and i will definitely ship with them again, the shipping price could be a little bit cheaper however the service that they provide will not allow me to give a bad review, only one thing i wish i could changed, whenever I’m entering the valve of my items the system dose not allow me to choose any different currencies apart from GBP

The service as usually is serious and very quick, but the only delivery option I could choose from was the express delivery via DHL or FedEx. I had purchased a shirt with the cost of 20GBP and the cost of the shipment was 50GBP.
I would prefer to have other the possibility to choose from other shipping options with not such high cost.

I'm pleased to advise that we are opening a dedicated warehouse for our EU customers in Germany shortly, this will mean that our customers within the EU can still shop with retailers within other EU countries receiving them to our Germany address and forward them to their home country.

I had recently purchased a Retro Handheld Game Console from a store in the UK since it was not available in India and I chose Forward2me after reading some good reviews online about Parcel Forwarding Service in the UK but only to find out that the shipping services (DHL & UPS) are not available to the parts of India where I am living in when the packages arrived. I had contacted the customer service and they helped resolve the issue quickly. I am very much satisfied with the service. I just wish Forward2me had FedEx shipping option and cheaper shipping cost.
I would highly recommend Forward2me for the fast service and good customer support. Although the shipping can be expensive.

We wanted to make sure our valued EU customers could still shop and forward packages within the EU in the same way they have been up until now. Our EU warehouse will offer the same benefits that our UK to EU warehouse previously did.

I live in Seattle Washington and a big Funko Pop collector. I’ve been wanting to purchase Funko Exclusive and available outside of the US but never knew how to do it or very nervous doing it. One day I stumbled on Forward2Me, I read all the reviews and research about the company and how it work. I finally signed up for the account but still unsure about how it work or if it work, since my billing address is in the US. I recently gave it a try by ordering a few Funko pops. To my surprise it worked amazingly and smooth. I order my items enter the address provided it for me, I check out and pay like I normally would. My items arrive at forward2Me location and from there they would ship it to me through DHL and I have to say they are quick and fast. My item arrive at the warehouse and in under a week my order is already at my house. This is a great service.
