Very good delivery service with one major downside: no hint on the taxes to be paid at arrival.

Many thanks for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with our services. I have checked your account details and I can see this was your first shipping experience with our company and that you shipped your first order from our UK warehouse which would have meant you would have incurred duties and taxes due to the United Kingdom no longer being part of the European Union. All shipments that are dispatched through our service are sent as Delivered Duty Unpaid with the courier and we do advise that goods which are required to be sent through our service may be subject to import duties and taxes for international deliveries. This information and further details can be found from our terms of trade under section 8.2. We do understand that shipping from the UK to the EU is now more expensive than pre-brexit for this reason we have now opened a completely new dedicated warehouse in Germany. This is owned and operated by forward2me rather than a partner. We wanted to make sure our valued EU customers could still shop and forward packages within the EU in the same way they have been up until now. Our EU warehouse will offer the same benefits that our UK to EU warehouse previously did. The new warehouse address in Germany is up and running for our customers so they can start using the address straight away and continue to take advantage of shipping goods from other EU countries with no additional customs fees to pay. We hope the new Germany warehouse address will be of interest to you.

Swift delivery in terrific condition, but postage was almost three to four times the price of the package. A $10-15 purchase ended up costing $120 worth of shipping. It wasn't worth it.

Hi there,Many thanks for your feedback.I am sorry that you feel disappointed with the final shipping price paid for your package.I have checked the courier shipping price you would have been quoted for your package with UPS Express from our pricing page on our website and this does match the shipping price you paid for with UPS Express from your account but the pricing page shipping quote would have not included the additional Australian GST at this point- our pricing page can only show +GST. This is because GST has to be calculated from 10% of the total purchase value of the goods and 10% shipping cost and this cannot be added on until the final shipment has been processed for your package from your account.Please be aware that we are required to recover GST on behalf of the Australian Government from all customers who are shipping goods to Australia that are less than $1000 AUD total value.This information is also available from the FAQ's section on our website.If you do have any discrepancies with the final shipping price you have been quoted from your account in comparison to the shipping price you were provided from the pricing page on our website or if you are experiencing any issues with anything from your account please do get in touch with one of our customer experience team who will be more than happy to check these details for you and clarify any questions or concerns you may have.I hope the information I have provided to you is helpful, we hope these issues do not deter you from using our services again in the future and that you will reconsider your current rating of our services.Kind RegardsHayley

The peace of mind shopping online whenever a specific retailer won’t ship to the states. Simply buy anything, have it shipped to your forwarding address and they handle it from there. Like most effected by this awful pandemic. They too are busy with a ton of orders, but do not fret. Just be patient and they take care of the rest. Happy shopping peeps

Found them flexible and willing to work with me with shipping and payment dates in Europe. Item also came in less than 8 days from when they sent it, which was a surprise as I had expected with the current international border situation - that it could have taken 4 - 6 weeks for the package to reach me, but not so. They made it a pleasure getting an item I had been trying to find for almost 5 years, and when I found it the seller would not send it outside of europe, but Forward2ME to the rescue!

Just took longer between Sending a prior notice and waiting for a response. When I got a response they asked for a pdf not a screenshot which has always worked in the past. Anyway each message just delayed the process more and more… I just feel it took forever to communicate and get this done asap. My package got there on a Friday and it didn’t leave until Thursday of next week. Just feel the agents take their time in responding and to much flip flopping when questions are asked.

Used to be good. Sadly since a couple of months customer support got really slow. I import goods containing alcohol , these must be manually repacked and have invoices created by customer support. This used to take 2 - 3 days. Now it is a minimum of 7 days until the parcel leaves the storage. Not going to use the service anymore.

Hi there,I am sorry if you feel dissatisfied with our policies in relation to shipping Dangerous Goods.I understand that you recently purchased numerous car cleaning products that were classified as restricted and one of the cleaning products 1000 ml snow foam garage therapy product, could not be shipped through our services due to the size of the bottles being over our accredited shipping limit for dangerous goods.Unfortunately the Dangerous Goods surcharge fees are not established by ourselves but by the accredited couriers who have to abide by the rules, regulations and packaging instructions set out by IATA (International Air Transport Association).
