One thing I wish You can improve is repackaging service. The time I forwarded my parcels I needed to wait more then 400 parcels to be repacked, so I opted for normal delivery but costs me way too much for less then 150gr packages.

From 2 weeks ago, I’m waiting Forward2me ship to me my big package they have. The package still at their warehouse. Also I have package had arrived from US to EU, and they received and put on hold to be sure there is No customs fees on it, and they said it takes 21 days. I showed all prove and emails to them that there is no customs. I don’t know this company is a spam and stolen my expensive stuff or what?! Advice never ever use this company. I really regret

I‘ve contacted Forward2me several times before and now and they are always helpful and kind. They answer every single little question and help to look for my packages although they haven‘t done anything wrong.

I have used forward2me several times and the customer support I have had has always been excellent and I always feel in safe hands as far as forward2me is concerned, even if something goes wrong on the part of the shipping company. 99% of my packages have arrived quickly without incident, however most recently UPS mishandled my package and Aimee took initiative to contact me and update me throughout the process of trying to get the problem resolved. Over the years have also had great service from Nica, Rebecca and others. It know it can be a bit nerve-racking to use a forwarding company for the first time, but be assured that forward2me is very professional and trustworthy and does exactly what they say they will.

Always efficient and excellent service, however, please consider if you repack and combine goods as not to pack e.g. electronic goods without bubble wrap between them/around them, otherwise scuff marks, scratches will be guaranteed, as has happened with my 2 car radios packed together.

Firstly you need to make aware that you cannot export certain items: I bought backpacks and now you tell me these are dual use goods and can be used for military. Very strange !!! My shipment had to be split I I was told you can send to any UK address free of charge, yet I was charged !

Unfortunately our couriers do not permit us to ship dual use or military classified commodities on our account as they could be used for non personal use. For shipping this type of product we would need a different kind of export licence for shipping especially with goods going outside the UK.
I know this is disappointing and please be assured we are listening to you and reading your comments however we need to follow the advice of our couriers and what we are permitted to ship on our account with them. Furthermore, now that the UK has left the customs union, we are now classed as a third country and with the amount of dual use classified items arriving to us for our customers' being considerably low overall we do not yet feel it would be beneficial for us to apply for the additional required export license needed for shipping dual use items.
We apologize for any inconveninece this may cause you and, going forward, we would advise for you to contact our customer experience team to check if any goods would be classified as military or non personal use prior to purchasing to avoid this issue happening again. Further information on our policies and procedures regarding dual use products can be found from the FAQ's section on our website and terms of trade.
I have checked your return to sender shipment and I cannot see that an agent had offered to ship your dual use items to your requested UK address free of charge, however, as a one time service gesture I have arranged for your UK shipping costs to be reimbursed to you as a gesture of goodwill.
