Customer service was horrific. They didn’t want to ship a package with just AA alkaline batteries while this is acceptable on any airline. Avoid this company at all costs. Look elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money.

Communication was a bit delayed and there was some back and forth, but I’m overall happy with the service and would definitely use them again. Not sure if my canned items were damaged from the company sending it, or if it was forward2me when they were re-packaging but it was minimal. Would recommend their service to others and was able to save money through them!

What else can I say about this company except excellent? Trustworthy also included. At first I also have different opinions about forward2me… but you know what? This company just made my Dream to have beautiful car seat for my Little Angel came true… so I hope my review will help people who needs helps like me before and looking for trustworthy forward address company…. I was using the UK service… not cheap but very very very worthy… have no excuse for me to not write it here in the trustpilot… fyi they haven’t asked me to write it so… I‘ll do it for expressing my Gratitude to forward2me… keep it up… and I will use the service of this company again heheheh… oh ya btw, when my stuff was arrives at the storage house, surprisingly there were 500+ Waiting list before mine to be processed… however that was not long waiting time at all… from 13th of june ( UK storage)-16th of June ( in front of my doorstep DE)… ? We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied with the courier shipping price you have paid through our service.
We understand that everyone is facing financially challenging times worldwide and the fluctuating fuel surcharge rates with each courier service are causing increases in the overall shipping prices we are currently offering. Some courier companies review their fuel surcharges once a month and others review and amend the fuel surcharges on a weekly basis and the courier services' are also having to apply additional emergency surcharge fees in relation to COVID restrictions from country to country.
We apologize for any inconvenience or difficulties this may be causing all of our customer's.
I have looked at your recent shipments through our service and I can see that you had reached out to us and requested to cancel the advised combine and repack for one of your packages prior to shipping. Another reason why you will have paid a higher price is because the chargeable weight for packages with the courier's are based on the greater of either the volumetric weight/size of the package or the actual weight of the goods. The volumetric/size of your packages was greater than the actual weight of the goods inside. I understand that you did not wish for the external or internal packaging to be removed for resale purposes but by cancelling or refusing to request a repack request this meant that we could not successfully save you any volume and the packages will have been shipped with the courier based on the original dimensions and weights as they were originally received by the senders. If a repack had been completed for your packages, there would have been sufficient excess space to save by reducing the current size of the package which could have helped lower the final FedEx Connect shipping price and you would have only been required to pay a single £2.00 repack fee on top of the shipping price if you were only shipping one package.

Too expensive. My purchase almost doubled in price due to very high freight cost and fees. I also had to pay unnecessary GST prices at the border as they required me to pay these before shipping despite the fact that I informed them that the price of the garment was under the tax threshold.

I have been looking at the details from your recent FedEx shipment through our service and I can see that you never chose to combine and repack your clothing/ coat prior to shipping. I have verified that the reason why you will have paid a higher price for shipping is because the chargeable weight for the John Lewis coat that you have shipped would have been been based on the volumetric weight/size of the package rather than the actual weight of the goods inside. If a repack had been requested for the John Lewis coat, there would have been sufficient excess space to save by reducing and by us carefully folding the coat smaller in size this would have further reduced the original dimensions and should have helped lower the final courier shipping prices available to you. Furthermore you would have only been required to pay a single £2.00 repack fee on top of the shipping price if you were only shipping one package.
I would like to discuss your GST issue with you in more detail via email because if you have been asked to pay GST twice for the same shipment this is not right and we need to ensure this matter is resolved for you.
