Good, prompt service. However, shipping was expensive. Also more tools need to be incorporated onto the website such as personal shopper and parcel consolidation.

Very fast shipping, considering it was from Britain to Brazil. A little bit on the expensive side, however. (35 pounds)

Each country has different prohibited items and we need to be careful on what goods are shipped. We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive an invoice with your parcel - we do take extra care to ensure nothing is left out of your parcel when processing it and adding the required packaging, it could be that there wasn't an invoice included in your package. Good service. Parcel was immediately forwarded. Unfortunately it was opened by forward2me and the original invoice was missing. Otherwise everything ok.

Forward2me at first seemed a big risk cos of its distance from Airport but then their delivery speed,concern for customer happiness and continued interest in future assistance, makes them outstanding

Service was ok...if only the delivery charges can be lower then it'll be great. Perhaps forward2me can consider giving customer choices on which carrier with different shipping charges to use for shipping.

We can offer to send you parcels through Royal Mail's service but at this stage we've not got round to offering this on our website. "forward2me" seemed to be the most reliable forwarding service and as a result it turned to be really so.
They noticed me when my parcel arrived and quickly shipped it. Via DHL, parcel reached to me the next day.
Of course I was aware of its prices but anyhow I think that their prices are way too high.
It would be better if they had an option to send the parcels via Royal Mail Airmail Small Packet.

The easy of ordering and the speed of delivery was exceptional. In my circumstance it did end up costing more for personal shopping/postage than the product itself however as I am unable to buy directly from my chosen website I was aware that this might be the case,and is obviously not the fault of forward2me.
I would definitely use them again and do recommend them :)

The shipping costs are worked out on the the volumetric weight of the parcel, ie the amount of space the parcel takes up instead of the actual weight which is why you have been charged for the 1.6kg. Excellent service & communication and extremely fast delivery. However I feel I was overcharged for shipping via DHL - package was stated to weigh 1.6 kg, though in fact it weighed less than 1 kg. Next time I will try out your standard shipping service :)

I was very disappointed that no choice was offered for mailing on my package. Only a courier service was offered, and this was exorbitant for a parcel that was very light (though reasonably priced for a courier service). I frequently use parcel forwarding from the US and a variety of methods of transport (and price) are offered which is much better for me. The service itself in getting the package into the courier was efficient.
