Items receive on time, the only query that needs to be addressed is as follows:
Your shipment invoice should include a full description of the items, and not only the category type. Since this can delay on customs releasing the items.

This document includes all the relevant information relating to the shipment for customs purposes. This includes the item descriptions and commodity code. Whilst we follow customs requirements rigidly shipments are sometimes held up which is beyond our control.<br/><br/>The commercial invoice that you see in your forward2me account shows the values of your items and the commodity code that we will use. Excellent. Great communication, fast service, reliable.
The item I wanted wasn't even available online and the seller wouldn't post to an address that was different to the credit card. So I used the forward2me personal shopper service and it was all taken care of. Item posted on a Friday and I received it in Australia on the following Monday.

Service was excellent. Value was as good as I could have hoped for to ship a pair of size 12 shoes to Hong Kong. Only downside is there is no way to avoid the VAT, when forwarding goods through a UK address, but given the distributing company could not ship to Hong Kong at all, I have not complaints.

A simple and well-designed web application supporting simple, well-designed business processes. Prompt, efficient, transparent and friendly. By way of comparison, I use another freight forwarder (Shipito) to move goods from the United States; prompt and courteous processing staff are undermined by a shocking web application that includes, ironically, a broken address form and a paranoid-aggressive (Ron John Gonzales) running the hep desk. Shipito should take a look at forwd2me for a better-run business.

On receipt of my package there was no acknowledgement by forward2me of receipt. Two emails from me later I got a reply they were checking if the goods could be sent, which is reasonable but should be communicated. On the goods finally being sent, the price was GBP20 higher than quoted on the website. The explanation was that it was a remote area surcharge, which is fine, but if you are going to have those build a freight calculator that asks for the destination postcode and calculates an accurate price as other similar services do.

Can't say anything bad about their service: it's easy, fast and reliable, plus they always seem to dispatch your parcel 10 minutes after your payment is received :-)
Perhaps there is one little fault: you could add a quote for an economy option too... I'd love to see that option :-)
