I've always had a good experience using forward2me but this time I was really surprised! My parcel arrived really fast (less than a week) choosing the cheapest shipping method! And I don't even need to mention that it was very well packaged so my CD was in perfect condition. I think I feel safe enough to try the personal shopper service next!

My package arrived quickly & I knew how it was progressing.
It was a very good service.
I would have liked to have an option to choose a cheaper form of postage than DHL but am very pleased with the speed & efficiency of the service.

My overall experience with forward2me has been excellent. I have contacted them twice before shipping my last order, only to ask them to do their best with the shipping cost. Their response was prompt courteous and tried to deliver as best as possible. They managed to reduce the total volume of the shipment and saved me some money, however the problem with the overall shipping cost still exists, making it unprofitable to order from the UK and have the order forwarded to Greece in some cases. I would definitely use their service again in the future, however I would make sure to use it only for orders that would require a significant larger amount of money to place at a Greek store, in order to compensate for the shipping cost and still receive a better price in total.

The service was excellent except for two things: 1) I would have appreciated if got the option of getting my package delivered to a servicepoint rather than to my home. As most other people i work during the day and home delivery allways results in me being forced to leave my job early to drive to another city to collect the parcel at the DHL terminal (to make DHL change delivery address seems impossible).
2) I used the forward2me address that, according to my instructions, indicated that I did not want an insurance. Nevertheless, I was informed that I had chosen the insurance alternative and was instructed to pay for that.
Otherwise I feel that the forwarding went smoothly and I will certainly use the service again.

Forward to me is fast in delivery and customer service. The only thing I wish is more delivery options for user, honestly speaking the delivery to my country here is quite expensive if the only option is DHL, otherwise perfect.

I was extremely surprised at how quickly my package came in. I was also surprised at the competence, having paid the fee a week and a half after tey confirmed that they had the package. They immediately sent it out without hesitation and it made the transatlantic flight to my porch in the middle of the continent in only two days. I was baffled at how quickly it got here.
