I needed a Lithium battery sent to Greece, and Amazon was not licenced to send it but Forward2me was , so it arrived quickly by courier, packaged perfectly. I had to pay a surcharge to have it sent, but it was worth it to get it

Excellent communication.<br/>Even when a problem of wrong calculation of transport problem was solved by the charge of the company and not the customer.<br/>Please find cheaper intermediate courier because in many cases transport costs exceed 50% of the value of the product and make it unprofitable transaction.<br/>Thanks for the good cooperation.

Living in Switzerland and no longer having a GBP credit card I used the Shop on behalf of service to get me 2 cases of beer that is not available outside the UK. They bought this at special offer prices from Asda for me and shipped it at a very low rate which worked out much cheaper than britishcornershop.com or the brewery itself; so I was very pleased with the service. One suggestion to improve: when exporting to non-EU countries it is possible to reclaim UK VAT and subtract this from the price as VAT in the receiving country is then charged in the import process, so I had to pay swiss VAT on top. Other online exporters can manage this subtraction somehow; could you ?

yes, the service is good, but please let me choose the shipping way, otherwise you restrict your service on items that there is no other way to obtain them. Items that cost less than 30 pounds , I prefer not to buy them as the final cost is elevated.

Service is exactly as promised. Communication from their staff was better than I expected. Overall would recommend without any reservations. Oh, yes the price was quite economical for 5 packages well over 12 kilos with 3 packages combined i have paid about 57GBP including insurance.
