Give me better overview of the shipping before I convert to combine Packaging.

Hi,
I'm sorry to hear that we haven't met your expections on this occasion however we do take on board your comments, customer feedback is very important to us.
I see that you are unhappy that we did not clarify the price for shipping before you went ahead with the combine and repack option. We do our very best to be open and honest with our customers however it is difficult to provide the exact price for shipping before goods are repacked seeing we don't have the exact weight and dimensions of the final package at this stage, we can only estimate the costs.
Shipping costs are calculated on the amount of space the shipment takes up in transit, this is called the volumetric weight. The shipping price is only calculated on the actual weight when this is higher than the volumetric weight.
So customers can ensure that they are receiving the maximum value for shipping we offer our combine and repack service. Once our warehouse team receive a request from a customer they pick the parcels from the warehouse and repack them as efficiently as possible, then the final weight and dimensions are entered on the parcel to give the final shipping price.
When we estimate if this service is cost effective we can only measure the price again the actual current weight before optimisation and the current volumetric weight. We then show the worst and best price the service could offer so the customer has the choice to go ahead or not. On most occasions we can reduce the overall price for shipping by reducing the volume of the parcel however this is not always possible, which I believe is the case with your parcel.

I used forward2me for first time. It was easy to join, they made it so easy to have my UK book shipped to them n then they shipped it to me immed. upon receiving it i rec'd notice, i paid n they shipped out next day. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Will be back again. Thank U fwd2me for having this service. If it wasn't for U i would of lost out on a precious bible i wanted. Only one issue i had is that it gave us a different address then what fwd2me gave us. We had to immed. alert the bookstore to send to correct address. Please fix this!

Everything was fine as usual. Fast delivery, good packaging. i can really recommend forward2me. I have been using forward2me for some time now because some sellers in the UK do not ship to Austria.
I get a list of shipping companies to choose from with varying prices. The prices are fair - especially because I know how much shipping costs from the UK to Austria.

excellent service , great attentiveness politeness and high care by customer service .everything is good and easy to interact with and it is the easiest to use for the UK address and the free tax address is beneficial in my case since I don't live in the UK.
I would like to bring your attention that I dealt with Forward2Me German site and I will never ever deal with them again because of Their bad behavior and wasting time and their charging price . Hoping that Turkish and Japan side are not like this.
Can I buy from Germany and send it to the UK?

Hi,
Many thanks for reviewing our service however I'm really disappointed to see that you are unhappy with the service we have provided.
I'm sorry that you have not explained the reason for this review further as I have looked back at our correspondence with you and can only see that our agents have done their very best to provide you with the best service possible.
I can see that you are unhappy that we are unable to deduct vat from your shipping invoice however due to you not yet having a valid EU Vat number we cannot take off the vat on your invoices, once your application for this number has been approved and received we will be more than happy to action your request. However for the time being we have to follow the correct guidelines for this procedure.
We see that you have submitted some requests for our repacking service however due to the size of your parcels we was unable to provide you with your preferred service. This restriction is made by the courier and not ourselves so unfortunately we are unable to ship a parcel which is larger than the permitted size for the service set by the courier.
I hope this covers all the points you are unhappy with, our Customer Service team have a very good reputation and we will that we always go above and beyond for the customer which sets us aside from our competitors.

It's so easy to use and allows me to buy packages delivered only to UK and DE, but then forward to different countries. Great service, much recommended, fast (they forwarded the package same day on Friday, and I received it on Monday in Poland, just wow)

英国から発送依頼を行ってから数日で日本に到着しました。5ヵ所で購入した商品を一括で転送したのですが、1箱にまとめられるわけではなく5個口で転送されました。それでも送料が割高になるわけではないので問題ないです。もしコワレモノを購入された場合であれば、箱の詰め替えサービス(有料)もあるので利用する価値があると思いす。今回は英国にしか発送してもらえない商品を購入することができたので良かったです。もう既に他に購入したい商品を見つけてしまっているので、近いうちに再び利用することになりそうです。

The whole experience went very smoothly. I was able to have an item shipped from the UK to the US without any issues. Just provided the given warehouse address on the order and I was notified by forward2me when it arrived. I paid the shipping and it was sent out quickly. I would definitely use the service again for companies that do not otherwise ship to the US.

Many thanks for your feedback however I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service we have provided.
In 2018 the Australian government introduced GST on all goods imported into Australia under the value of $1000 AUD. Due to the volume of parcels we ship to Australia we were advised that we needed to register for collecting GST and pass this charge to the customer on shipping. We therefore have no choice but to add GST at 10% on both the value of the goods and the cost of shipping. This is not a fee forward2me take for themselves these fees are then passed back to the Australian Government.
I'm sorry that you have felt that you need to review our services in this way and hope you now understand our position on this and that we are not overcharging in anyway, these fees are out of our control and we are not benefiting in any way.
