I see that we have responded to both your Twitter notification and the whatsapp message, I'm sorry if this took a little longer than expected however we are working on responding to all queries within 24 hours and see that we have provided this service level on our responses.
One of our agents have investigated your issue with the courier and have identified that the missing paperwork is a Power of Attorney that you need to provide to the courier to arrange the clearance of your goods. I believe we have advised you to contact the courier to provide this document, once this has been completed and returned there should be no issue with the clearance and delivery of your goods.
I'm sorry we have no control of import procedures, this is down to the receiver to complete any necessary import documentation to clear their goods, we provide documentation for the export entry only and often customs in the receiving country will only deal with the consignee directly and not the shipper.

I'm pleased that you like the service however found shipping prices higher than expected and had issues with returning goods.
The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.
I see from your shipment that although the goods you shipped were very light in weight because of their size the shipping costs have been calculated on the actual volumetric weight. We do offer a combine and repack service where a customer submits a request to our warehouse to repack their packages together as efficiently as possible. This process often reduces the overall size of the parcel and therefore the shipping costs are less.
For the return I have checked on our records and see that we did try to assist you with returning your goods to Amazon however after requesting a returns label which is required for return shipping we received no response so your parcel was returned to your inbox for shipping. Unfortunately as we are not the purchaser of the goods we could not obtain the return label on your behalf and rely on customers providing this information for return.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel the cost of using our services is now much higher now that the UK has left the EU.
I'm pleased to advise that we are opening a dedicated warehouse for our EU customers in Germany shortly, this will mean that our customers within the EU can still shop with retailers within other EU countries receiving them to our Germany address and forward them to their home country.
I hope this this address will work better for you however will be still working to keep shipping fees as cost effective as possible for customers still looking to use our UK address.

We do understand that shipping from the UK to the EU is now more expensive than pre-brexit for this reason we are opening a completely new dedicated warehouse in Germany in the coming months. This will be owned and operated by forward2me rather than a partner.
We wanted to make sure our valued EU customers could still shop and forward packages within the EU in the same way they have been up until now. Our EU warehouse will offer the same benefits that our UK to EU warehouse previously did.
Once the address is up and running we will notify our customers so they can start using the address straight away and continue to take advantage of shipping goods from other EU countries with no additional customs fees to pay.
I hope this address will be of interest to you, our customers can however can still ship from the UK to the EU, we offer a 30 day free storage period so customers can collate their parcels from different UK retailers and ship together to make shipping more cost effective for them.
