Would absolutely recommend! I used this service a few times already and it was always super fast and easy.
The last time I used it, I had them receive multiple orders for me and, when I resent them to my address, I actually wanted to opt for the repackaging service because I thought I would pay less shipping fees. I liked the fact that I was alerted to the fact that in my case I would actually pay more with one big package than with a few small ones. I thought it was nice that I was informed about that, given the option to choose and also given different prices so I can compare for myself.

I'm really pleased to hear that everything went smoothly with your shipment although you would have liked the cost of shipping to be a little lower.
At present we generally only offer the premium door to door services with express couriers, many of the budget services are not currently via due to the covid situation. Couriers tend to use passenger aircraft for budget services however due to the lack of passenger flights at the moment there is very little offering available.
We are hoping the situation will improve as the year goes by and we can reintroduce more services for our customers. We do work on a regular basis with the couriers to ensure that we get the best deals possible for our customers.
Please always bear in mind that you are not only paying for the transit of the goods, our price also covers the service we provide and full support from our customer services team.

I ordered two items from a UK store that would not post to Australia. I used forward2me to have the items redirected. However some clown at forward2me opened the package and listed the power supplies as separate items. (This is like listing the wheels on a car as separate optional parts.) As these were not listed on the paid invoice because they were part of the whole unit, the invoice was repeatedly rejected. Then nobody would answer the listed phone number so I could not get the problem resolved. Then I got a message to say that because I had not supplied an invoice the goods would be treated as abandoned. Only after repeated messages to every odd e-mail address I could find on the site did someone with some brains look at the issue and accept the invoice. Eventually I did get my goods but the level of service was nil. I will never use this bunch again.

The shipping cost was twice the items cost, hence I don't think I will repeat the experience as there are many cheaper alternatives.
Hi,Many thanks for your feedback however I'm sorry to hear that the cost of shipping was more than you expected.Owing to covid we currently have a reduced set of shipping options. This is because there are very few passenger aircraft flying which is how cheaper courier services ship packages internationally. Right now, the higher prices reflect the limited number of premium couriers we have available - these remain available because they own their own cargo aircraft - i.e. no dependency upon passenger aircraft.Please feel free to share with us if you know of any cheaper shipping options and we will be happy to investigate them further.The price of shipping has no relation to the value of the goods. The cost of shipping relates only to the size and weight of the item - so an expensive iPhone will be relatively cheap to ship and a cheap bean bag will be expensive. This is entirely outside our control and just how freight is charged for.I hope this information helps explain the current situation with shipping and the costs involved however if you have any other questions please feel free to contact our Customer service team and they will be very happy to assist you further.Kind regards,Tracy.

A lot of stuff I wanted to buy we’re only available to ship within the UK so I’ve used forward2me a few times and they always ‘delivered’!! I’ve always waited until I get a few purchases ready to ship, and I always chose the 1-day express and the rate to me is really great! I usually only paid around 40-50 USD to ship +\- 5 items, and they all arrived in one day! Pretty much unheard of anywhere else! Been really happy with my experiences and will continue using their service!

Wasn’t sure whether to trust this service or not but it worked out great for forwarding a part only available in the UK to the US. I ran into trouble when processing my payment but the response to my customer service support ticket was quick and they sorted my issue right away. Finally you have the option to forward alcohol containing packages directly without the need to contact customer service. Unfortunately due to the Brexit deliveries by using your service had been extremely expensive because now I have to pay British AND German tax. Momentary I have no solution to solve this problem... It's also nearly impossible to send food (meet or cheese) via your Warehouse to Germany because of EU-restrictions. I would be very glad, if you would have solutions for these problems.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service our agent provided you, I have looked back at the communication and can see that the issue was that the package you received was very large and contained dangerous goods.
Larger shipments tend to be shipped palletised on a freight service however to be able to ship these type of items we require the manufacturers material safety data sheet to provide to the shipper to ensure that the goods are safe for international transit by air.
Unfortunately you were unable to provide an up to date version of this document, our agent did go above and beyond to obtain this for you even ringing a supplier in the UK and feel it is a little unjust to say that the service wasn't to your expectation.
I'm really sorry that we were unable to offer the price you were expecting for shipping this item however we did all we could to forward the goods to another UK address, although we spent a considerable time trying to help you we took no payment for ourselves for the work involved.
I would always recommend if you are looking to ship oversized items or products classed as dangerous goods that you obtain a quote from us pior to purchase so you aware of the costs involved with shipping. Our customer service team are always happy to assist with quotes.
