Ordered a lava lamp that typically would not ship to the US but my fiancé has wanted this one in particular for forever so I decided to take the plunge and buy it. Le service fourni est top, mon colis est arrivé dans l’entrepôt foward2me, j’ai été prévenu et j’ai fait re expedier.Résultat, livraison rapide et à un prix abordable. Cela m’ouvre à un marché (EBay par exemple ou Gumtree) pour de la pièce d’occasion auquel je n’avais pas accès avant de découvrir Foward2me.

I was looking for a mail forwarding service to purchase shoes in stock on a certain brand’s UK website but not the US.
I found the Forward2me service and purchased 3 pairs of shoes which proceeded to be shipped onto the address ‘forward2me’ created for me — once the product shipped to forward2me’s warehouse, several notifications were sent to my email inbox starting with “Package Received” to “Package ready to Ship” and after signing off, “Package Dispatched”; all within less than 24 hours.
Shipping options were plentiful and in my case I chose DHL; I chose and paid for 4-5 business days and it arrived in 2 days to my USA address.
Overall, Forward2me’s service is straightforward and fast.

I thought they did OK. The directions on the web site need to be much clearer. They were very patience and understanding. The entire experience, buying and shipping from the UK ended badly for me. Because the seller did not send the item they described on their web site. They sent an entirely different item than I ordered and expected. In the US that is a crime and they would be prosecuted. I will think long and hard before I do any other business in the future from the UK. I did get my money back for the item, but the shipping cost was not returned.

Paid for a premium shipping service and still have not received a parcel

I have checked the status of your DHL shipment, from the tracking, and I can see that a total of 8 packages left our tax free facility on 6th May and a total 7 out of the 8 packages have been confirmed as delivered to your address in Australia, as a partial delivery, on 7th May by DHL.
