I have checked the status of your DHL shipment from the tracking and I can see this shipment was successfully delivered to your address in Saudi Arabia within 4 days from the date of dispatch from our EU warehouse. The estimated transit times for Saudi Arabia that are stated from the pricing page on our website are currently showing 5 business days with the DHL Express service and up to 11 business days with the FedEx International services.
Please note that all transit times stated by the couriers from our website should only be seen as an estimate and the courier transit times stated are subject to any additional connection or transit delays and local customs clearance. Please be aware that local customs is a government lead department and any decisions made by local customs for shipments are beyond both our control as the forwarding agent and the courier.

I can see you have processed two shipments through our services so far from our Tax Free warehouse in Guernsey.
Our shipping rates are reviewed each year, with each of the courier services, to make them as cost effective as possible based on the volume of packages that we receive and we do also apply our service charge to the overall shipping prices, with the couriers, as a percentage. Please be aware that it is a service that you are paying for through our company as well as shipping.
We must stress to our customers that the tax free warehouse is only beneficial to customers shipping high value goods and we can only offer shipping with DHL from our warehouse in Guernsey. This information is available to view and clearly stated from our website.
In practice, Guernsey uses UK postcodes and many UK retailer’s deliver to the island on the same terms as mainland UK. Significantly, Guernsey has no VAT or GST. This means if a UK retailer ships to Guernsey they should not be charging VAT. Retailers that ship to Guernsey will drop the VAT from the cost of your goods when you enter a Guernsey delivery address. Many large retailers are aware of this but some are not, especially smaller retailers.
The cost savings that you benefit from by using our Tax Free warehouse are not in relation to the shipping prices we can offer from this warehouse with the DHL couriers. The costs savings that you benefit from are based on the VAT free saving you make from your original purchase of your goods (Bike). The VAT that you saved from your original purchase of the bike would contribute towards your final costs for the shipping service. In comparison to this, you would be permitted to pay the purchase price of the goods plus additional VAT plus the courier shipping costs if you were shipping your goods from our mainland UK warehouse meaning a more higher cost to you for international shipping overall. We understand that the DHL shipping rates are slightly higher when shipping from our tax free warehouse in Guernsey so it is therefore important that you calculate beforehand that the vat saving on the purchase is higher than the possible increase in shipping costs from this facility compared to shipping from the UK mainland.
Please be aware that you can get an estimated shipping prices from your account via the pricing page on our website and view the available DHL shipping prices available to you from our Tax Free warehouse. This would help to give you a roundabout figure of what you would pay for the packages for onward shipping when they come to us and the available courier services based on which warehouse location you choose to ship from.
If you access our website, at the top there is a option that says 'pricing', if you click on that you can fill out the details of your packages weight and dimensions. Also on there is the 'country destination' bar to select the country, 'From' bar to select the warehouse for dispatch and also a green house icon that you can enter the shipping address you would like the package to be shipped to and you will get an estimate shipping cost for your item from various couriers.

I have looked back on the communication you received from our Customer Experience agents and I do not feel that the response times or action times of our agents should be classified as unsatisfactory.
I can see that you submitted a combine and repack request to our team for your packages on 6th April at 17:28, the repack request was sent to our UK warehouse team by the Customer Experience agent at 17:30 and the repack request was confirmed as completed for your account less than 24 hours later, the following day, 7th April at 13:28.
The items you were shipping were very small in size and very light in weight and I do feel that it was unnecessary for you to combine and repack your medication items to create one piece as this caused unnecessary additional costs to your overall shipping price by repacking and it did not reduce the original shipping price. DHL will base their shipping prices on either the actual weight of the goods or the volumetric/size of the package (s)-whichever is the greater. I can see that the shipping cost with DHL for your combined package had been based on the size of the package at 1.43 kg rather than the actual combined weight of the goods 0.46 kg. If you had shipped both packages as they were as 2 packages you would have still paid the same DHL shipping price as you did after consolidating the 2 packages as one piece but without incurring the additional repack charges. However repacking your goods into fewer packages or one piece for safety purposes and eliminates the risk of individual boxes going missing but it is not always guaranteed that a combine and repack service will provide cost savings on the original shipping price with the courier.
