Superb shipping speed although it is very pricey. Would be great though if they could offer you a choice of shipping. ie Royal Mail to save a little cash.

The cost was very expensive - when I questioned it I was sent photographs of the packaging, but not the actual product - the wrong product had been delivered and there was no way to know this - it was forwarded to me. The cost to ship it back was too expensive. Very disappointed.

It's a good service, but disappointed that there was no way of making sure the right product had been delivered especially with an expensive and large purchase.

We’re really sorry that you didn't receive the product that you were expecting and that the retailer had not dispatched your order as they should have done – unfortunately this is out of our hands. We do try our best to check orders with invoices as they come in although a lot of retailers don’t provide an invoice with the package and because of the number of parcels we receive on a daily basis this is not always achievable. The service was good, but VERY expensive - $50AUD to get one cotton dress shipped from London to Melbourne! It didn't need to go via DHL, I would have been happy to forward it via the normal mail and wait two weeks and pay 50% less - but there was no option to do this. Suggest you should work on some cheaper options for customers (especially the option to send via ordinary mail) - most people can't afford to pay $50 a pop for postage - they will just stop buying and you'll lose your market. Personally, I would not use the service again unless it was cheaper.

Unbelievably swift and extremely well done. I was very impressed with their quick postage to Australia. So good to get some goods that never make it to the Australian market.
Prices were a tad steep, it may be good to offer a general mail service through Royal Mail for example, if cheaper, in addition to the quite expensive couriered services.
WIll definitely use Forward2Me again!!!

i live in germany and saw this great leather jacket on the net. The problem was that only someone who lives in england could order it. So i searched on the the net for a solution. And finally i found forward2me. After registration i received my personal uk home address. I never used a service like this before and i was a bit sceptical. But in the end - it was a great experience.
Superb friendly and fast contact - the shipping was trackable all the time and arrived in record time. The price rate was absolutely fair. I highly recommend this service to everyone who seeks for a reliable package forwarding. Many Thanks

Shipping is fast and effective. It takes exactly 3 days to reach me. My three pairs of shoe boxes were wrapped in plastic bags with FRAGILE special care stickers on it, and were not in a carton or anything. They arrived safely and undamaged. Thank you forward2me very much for your effective and very friendly service indeed. Although I believe I've already received the cheapest shipping rates in the UK, I find that the price is still high compared to shipping from other countries like the USA, France and other European countries. If only you consider to lower your shipping rates up to 20% more, it will make my shopping with the UK online much more enjoyable and will definitely use more of your service.

This was the first and last time I use Forward2me, outrageously expensive.

Many thanks for providing feedback, it's important to us. We're sorry to hear that you thought are prices are too expensive and thought I might provide some context to help understand the situation. To give you an example, the cost for us to ship say a ladies purse (cost ~ £10)is the same as the cost to ship an Iphone (cost~£500). For most people shipping an Iphone is excellent value for money but in the case of the purse, some customers will decide it's not good value. Sometimes bulky but light items can give customers the same feeling of the service being expensive but when put in context perhaps isn't. Again for example the cost of shipping 10 books costing ~£200 could be the same as the cost to ship something light but bulky like cushions, cost~£20. The cushions would take up more room in the aeroplane, although a lot lighter than the books. In these given situations customers quite often choose to consolidate multiple items into one shipment in order to improve the overall value of shipping. Fundamentally the determination of value is with each customer for each shipment. As part of the shipping process we open every package to ensure it's legal to ship, generate export paperwork,pay the courier and provide support until the parcel is in your hands. The items themselves from ebay were on the dirtier side, one was absolutely full of black cat hair but this was not the fault of Forward2me, their service was amazing!!
