Everything went smoothly. From the eBay seller sending the package to my forwarding address until the moment the package was delivered at my home. I really like the comprehensive tracking facilities offered by DHL whom you partnered with. Keep up the good work. I have just paid for another package a few days ago, so I can't wait for it to arrive.

Delivery took seven days longer than expected as the parcel was sent via road rather than air freight as expected and paid for. The staff were excellent in dealing with the delay and helped get the parcel delivered as soon as possible.

Excellent and efficient service. The only suggestion I have is for greater choice of courier method (eg DHL economy) and the ability to electronically instruct to hold packages for grouping and forwarding every fortnight for instance.

Great communication from forward2me, everything worked out very well. I only have a suggestion : the prices for the deliveries should be more variable, they should have cheaper options... Apart from that, perfect! Hope to deal with them again!

As we discussed, when we telephoned you following receiving this feedback, we’d like to get to the bottom of this We’ve had our tech team look at our systems and all appeared well. As discussed your settings need to be set on your computer to ensure that it always receives e-mails from forward2me and not see them as SPAM. As we also mentioned in the phone call, we have put special notes on your account, to contact you if we haven’t heard back from you after 48 hours to prevent a re-occurrence of this nature. I would have preferred to rate their service as "neutral", because I think "poor" is to harsh in the circumstances. However, since I was disappointed with the service for the reasons I describe, I do not really feel that a rating of "good" is appropriate either. Although the package I had wanted forwarded was delivered to their premises within 24 hours, the e-mail notification that they told me six days later that they had sent had never reached me. I am certain that it never reached me because I was waiting for it and had looked for it carefully every day. When I contacted them seven days after the package had been sent to them to ask them to contact the shop, they told me then that the package had arrived at their premises six days previously. I had told them on the day that I had made the purchase that I had arranged for a parcel to be delivered to me via their services, and I was therefore disappointed when I still had not heard from them after seven days, especially since the shop that had delivered the parcel to them had told me that the parcel had been delivered to their premises within 24 hours. Apart from that, their service was good, but I could have brought the parcel to Greece much more cheaply by post via a close relation, if I had been willing to wait eight days for it. I will use their services again, but I will be reluctant to continue to do so if what happened this time happens again.

Service is good, but pricey. I was charged an extra £6 for consolidation for a small packet which costs only £1.50.
