Many thanks for leaving your feedback, it's really important to us. <br/><br/>Your parcel was received by us on Saturday 21 December. Our records show us that we sent you an invoice within an hour of receiving your parcel. We shipped your parcel on Monday 23 December but because you have a restricted postal address we were only able to ship your parcel through the Royal Mail Airsure service which states delivery should be within 6-7 business days excluding day of postage, weekend and public holidays. Taking into consideration the weekends and public holidays that we have experienced since the day of posting to you, you should have received this on 6 January 2014 which I note is the day that you have left this feedback.<br/>If you haven't received your parcel please let us know and we will take this up with the Royal Mail service on your behalf.<br/><br/>We hope this all helps.<br/><br/>Kind Regards,<br/>Janet Grundy<br/>Operations Director.
Your service is, at least, twice as expensive as any other shipping/forwarding/mail service I ever heard of. Your service takes way too long. It's been 6 weeks, and I still have not received ANY packages from you.

A "pay&go" service, It was SO easy to use that I'm looking more stuff to bring to Portugal. The product I brought is very fragile, and forward2me take that in attention with a lot of protective material inside the box.

So for example if you had ordered, say a watch, a CD, a pen,a pair of gloves, a phone cover, there's a good chance that they could all have been shipped for the same price or not much more than you paid for one CD. I thought the service quite good, if a bit slow (though it was the last week of December, which may have been one reason for the delay). The package arrived safely and I was pleased to receive it. However, the cost was so huge that I don't expect to use the service again very often. The CD cost £12. Forward2me charged me £25 to send on the package and the taxes on arrival in Canada were about £7. A very expensive CD! The main problem I have with the service is that one cannot judge the cost of forwarding before one asks the merchant to send the goods to forward2Me.

I have nothing but praise for Forward2Me. They consolidated several purchases, packed them incredibly well and sent them the same day with DHL. I received it the next working day, it is simply incredible. Considering several Uk and European outlets (including on e-bay) charge a hefty premium for overseas shipping and sometimes fail to package the items well, Forward2Me is my preferred option. Had the misfortune of trying a local mail forwarding company (SendOn - MaltaPost) and they were a complete disaster, misplacing and damaging my package. Above all, Forward2Me are a pleasure to deal with, replying instantly and courteously to all inquiries. Highly recommended!

These guys deserve to be successful - it's been a faultless service so far. Quick to notify when items arrive, fast to pack and despatch but most importantly they are very responsive and polite when you need to communicate, for example to request combining some shipments or to help with a return.
I've probably had over a dozen items shipped here to Istanbul in the last couple of months and I haven't had a problem with any of them.
Yes, you pay a premium for using DHL but next day delivery from the UK to Istanbul is impressive. It becomes literally two days to order stuff from the UK, one day to ship to forward2me another to get it forwarded over here.
