The company and service is good. However we were charged £25 to send a DVD from UK to Greece. The normal postage cost would have been about £2. we felt this price was extortionate and we were not informed of the cost prior to shipping or given any alternatives. for this reason we won't be using the company again.

Many thanks for taking the time to feedback to us and for giving us the opportunity to respond when we weren't aware that you were unhappy when we shipped your items.<br/><br/>Our sequence of events is:<br/>1. You kindly let us know that you had made a purchase of some perfume before it arrived at your UK address. <br/>2. At this stage we advised you that Perfumes are classed as Dangerous Goods and attract a surcharge of £15 to be able to ship them to you in Greece. We offered to return them to the retailer on arrival if you didn't want to pay this surcharge.<br/>3. We received an e-mail from you stating that you were happy to ship with this surcharge.<br/>4. To maintain this surcharge at a minimum of £15 we used the Road service. If we were to use the Air service for Dangerous Goods the surcharge would have been £65 (something that all/most couriers charge for shipping Dangerous Goods).<br/>5. Our records show no disgruntlement with the charge applied or any signs of being reluctant to ship. Please be assured that if you had let us know at this point we would have reacted accordingly.<br/>We apologise once again that you were unhappy but we were completely transparent with the pricing and offered you a ‘get out clause’ i.e. we could return it to the retailer for you.<br/><br/>If you don't wish to use our services again we are more than happy to refund your registration fee.<br/><br/>You'll be pleased to know that your comments and our response are visible on the Feefo website.<br/><br/>Kind Regards,<br/><br/>Janet<br/><br/>Janet Grundy<br/>Director.

This is the first and the last time i use "forward2me". I ordered a 50ml fragrance together with a 150ml body lotion, that costed 53 euros to buy it.
I was obliged to pay 83 euros more just to get it because it is considered to be "dangerous" item.
I think that this transaction is a clear robbery. It is a total disgrace and i will never use "forward2me" again as long as i live. I already have told everyone i know to avoid this company's services.
I know that my coments will never be publiced and i will stop any future transaction with UK. I already have searched and found US companies that forward items to Greece with logical cost. I am very sorry that UK companies belive that foreign consumers are tottaly retarded and idiots...

Second time using forward to me recently and service was excellent. Very smooth. Delivery arrived quickly and in perfect condition. My only challenge was paying through paypal, as the paypal system kept showing the wrong delivery address, but fortunately forward2me stuck to my original instructions. Great service and I will be using again shortly.

I have been having difficulties in searching for a trusted forwarding company as I have been scammed many times before. After practising due diligence, forward2me has proven that they are trustworthy and efficient in their operations. Everything has been laid transparent without any hidden charges from registration until delivery of goods. The services rendered are of exceptional and unparalleled quality. Many may say that forward2me courier shipment is expensive but they are actually offering the best courier service at a discount. Worldwide Express Shipment would normally cost £59.99 but Forward2me offered the same service at just £26.99. The registration costs just £2.00 while other companies charge at least £5 for every shipment handled plus many other hidden fees. Forward2me also never pass on the Transaction Cost (Credit Card Charge) to the customer. All in all, Forward2me offered great first class service at a truly reasonable price. Quoted a lower shipping at first but still honored it at their cost. Some may say that they are expensive but compared to how they treat their customer, repack the items, keep in touch with whatever updates they can provide. Notified me as soon as shipment arrived at their premises and had it forwarded the next day. However (though maybe not forward2me's fault) my country's Customs held it for 13 days and DHL took another 8 days before it arrived at my door. Christmas and New Year holidays sure delayed things.
