An amazingly quick, easy and reliable service to use. Can be a little bit pricey with DHL but it gets here quick and fully insured. You do have multiple delivery options and the staff are very helpful which is excellent! Highly recommend. No fuss and no worries

Fast, but not cheap. Would be interesting to see pricing structure, ie how much is freight cost and how much you are paying for the service.

Excellent service, but it's expensive. Also, please mention before ordering that you can open the package and remove stuff such as coat hangers, catalogs, which are quite heavy and can make the shipping cost a lot.

Service is good, and nothing can beat consolidation. Overall the service is pricey. I don't find options to choose shipping and that is a minus. :(

We tend to use a premium, tracked, door to door service with DHL for our shipping although we are constantly working with other couriers to obtain better pricing for our customers. Due to the volume of parcels we ship through DHL they tend to offer us the best prices at the moment. We are currently working with our web developers to improve our website to enable our customers to have more shipping options. I signed up with forward2me, used the personal shopper service, and I had my items faster than I could have imagined.
