The service was excellent. I would just consider having cheaper posting options that take longer to arrive and/or offer no tracking, so that clients don't use it just for a couple of items they really want but rather on a more regular basis.

The book I ordered arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The shipping charges were excessive for something that size though, purely because I didn't have the option to select Royal Mail as a possible shipping method.
Royal Mail to Australia is very reliable and the one thing I think you could do to get your service on par with others internationally, is to offer insured & tracked Royal Mail as a shipping option. You're client base would also allow you to leverage better shipping deals from them.

The service is ok, the customer service representative is excellent, though the prices are too high!
I used to ship piece by piece from other companies, and I thought your consolidation service will save me money, it's the other way around, it's costing me more
I have a similar service in usa, and the cost is much cheaper that forward to me. Also the whole process is faster and easier.
To be honest, I don't think lll use your service any more. But thank you for your efforts

We are continually working with our shippers to provide our customers with the best available shipping prices and are hoping to have more options available on our website in the coming months. We don’t charge any annual or monthly fees and only charge a £2 initial fee for obtaining your UK forwarding address and many our customers usually find that using our consolidation service does save them money overall – we’re sorry if this hasn’t been the case for you on this occasion. All processing, repackaging and export paperwork costs are including in our shipping fees. We’re also working with our web developers at present to automate many of our services which should make using our website easier and faster to use. The service is excellent. I received the item next day at my door (in Greece). The price is a little high, but for next day delivery from the UK, I guess it's OK. I only wish there was an option for cheaper delivery rates even if the items arrived a little later.

took awhile and was expensive, had to email them to tell them my package had arrived because they apparently received it and had no idea they did

On this occasion your parcel arrived without your name or account number identifier so it sat in our unclaimed parcels section until you got in touch. We receive hundreds of parcels on a daily basis so if we receive one without a customer name or account number it is difficult to place. We rectified the situation as soon as you got in touch. Lots of our Australian customers shop at many stores and then ship all their items in one box which saves lots on shipping costs and eliminates the feeling that we are expensive... Great timing, but the price to send it to Brazil is very expensive. Not worth it, unless it's really necessary.
