Many thanks for leaving your feedback and sincere apologies for the delay in getting back to you.<br/><br/>We’re sorry to hear that you thought the shipping costs were expensive. Your shipping costs include the receiving, processing and repacking of your parcel in preparation for secure international shipping. <br/><br/>It also includes preparation of the export paperwork and quality control checks before it leaves our warehouse. The shipping cost is extremely expensive. We don't always need the next day delivery. Please extend your service by providing standard delivery, say 7 days from UK to Hong Kong with delivery cost under GBP 10 and that will be very attractive.

Very very fast shipping via DHL to Hong Kong. The customer service team was very responsive to emails, and they held my packages free of charge while I waited for everything to arrive, and then sent everything to me in one package. Overall a good service. Only thing is, the DHL charges were quite high, this is the first time I've tried a UK consolidator/forwarder, it's a lot more expensive compared to shipping from USA.

Couriers generally calculate the cost of shipping by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight if this is greater - we're really sorry if this was more than expected. In spite of a few problems at the beginning, getting this delivered from the supplier to Forward2me, the axle arrived in Norway only a few days later and was delivered to me without any further problems. Forward2me solved the problems excellently.

Sincere apologies for the delay in getting back to you.<br/><br/>We feel that your situation hasn’t taken best advantage of our services which has probably lead to you feeling that you’ve paid more than you would have liked to, we’re sorry about that.<br/><br/>We received a parcel for you on the 30 Sept and you paid for the shipping invoice.<br/>Without us realising (parcel was processed by another processor) we received another one on the same day. This could have been put together with your first parcel and reduced your shipping costs.<br/>We received another parcel on the 2 October once your first two shipments had left us two days previously. Again this could have been put with the other items and shipped altogether as one to reduce your shipping costs once again.<br/>Customers usually e-mail in to forward2me to tell us if they are sending us several parcels so that we can consolidate them into one, however we are currently working on our site to allow you to tell us when and how you would like to ship your parcels.<br/><br/>We are currently holding a shipment of Lithium batteries for you – there is a Dangerous Goods shipping charge applied to this for the extra processes involved at the request of our couriers. This includes special packing, labelling and export paperwork. Please let us know when you would like this processing as we’d be more than happy to help.<br/><br/>We hope this all helps to explain the situation and we hope that we can look after your parcels again very soon.<br/><br/>Kind Regards,<br/><br/>Janet<br/><br/>Janet Grundy<br/>Operations Director
