The only gripe I have is that the goods I received were not intended for me, and there was no way of telling this before receiving them. I order a lot online and it was possible that I sent something that I had lost track of. Instead, I received a bag of junk after paying for the delivery (not the cheapest option) and storage.
I know it isn't necessarily the companies fault, but i think it is a bit strange that there is no way of checking that this was actually intended for me.
Thanks for the good service though, and I think I might try to make better use of this service going forward due to the helpfulness of the staff.

I do sincerely apologise that these goods have been allocated to your account however we do find from time to time that sellers enter the wrong York House number information to parcels resulting in parcels being allocated to the wrong accounts and will contact you shortly via email so we can resolve the issue.

i have suggestion,
you should add Royal Mail or other local post courier service for priority package too. Especially for some country have issue with the local DHL or Fedex service.

I'm please to hear that overall the shipment went well and was dealt with quickly however disappointed to hear that the goods have arrived with us in a poorly packaged box which was not repacked to ensure that it was safe and secure for international transit. Our processing team are trained to inspect parcels on arrival and I'm sorry that they did not spot this when processing your parcel.

We do offer a photograph service to our customers for a cost of £1 per photo however this isn't currently automated on our website and you would need to request this via email to our customer services at info@forward2me.com. Our developers are currently working on upgrading our site to include these kind of features and hope to have this live in the coming months.

I see that there has been an issue shipping a package to your country due to the contents being classed as dangerous goods by our couriers for shipping purposes. For us to be accredited to ship dangerous goods our employees need to go through a rigorous training programme to be able to deal with goods which are classed as dangerous goods.
<br/>
Although we are accredited to ship dangerous goods via our courier DHL unfortunately our couriers did not offer this service to your country and this was the reason why we were unable to forward the parcel.
<br/>
Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you, I know this must have been disappointing however we do need to follow the rules and regulations of the governing body IATA who regulate air transportation of dangerous goods.

I hope you understand our position in this matter and that we would really have liked to forward this item for you however due to circumstances have been unable to assist.

Currently we are limited with shipping alcohol into Europe. We are looking at ways to overcome these limitations however are unable to provide the same level of service as when shipping alcohol elsewhere in the world.<br/>

We would really have liked to help you with this shipment however we do need to ensure that we follow the rules and regulations set our by our couriers and that we can legally ship goods before dispatching them from our warehouse.

I'm sorry to hear that the consolidation service worked out expensive for you, although we charge £2 per parcel for our combine and repack service it is aimed at repacking goods so we can obtain maximum value for shipping by reducing the size of the parcel and therefore the final shipping costs. On most occasions this does enable customers to obtain a large saving on shipping.

We do offer a consolidation service where if you feel that your parcels cannot be reduced in size sufficiently to make a saving our customers are able to choose a multi-piece shipment which offers a saving on shipping the goods in individual shipments, for this service there is no additional charge.
