Recently, I have been ordering the same items from the UK, each time using a different package forwarding company. Trying to see which service was the best and most affordable. Forward2Me excelled in each of those areas. They were the fastest as well! I have recommended them to several friends.

The customer service is very effective it's good to work with a company that offers a telephone number to their support center and not an email address alone. The support is friendly and prompt in fulfilling our requests. My hope is that forward2me opens a USA based operation in the near future.

Package optimization can be further improved to lessen weight; no option to split items for separate shipment to save on duties; work with local courier to provide info on duties/taxes prior to transacting shipment; local courier did not advise duties and taxes prior to delivery of package.

Our processing team are trained to combine and repack goods so that they offer the maximum value for shipping however we do really appreciate your suggestions in this area and if you are able to provide us with a few more details via an email to our customer service team at info@forward2me.com this may help us understand how we could have improved on the repacking of your goods.

We don't currently have an automated system in place to help our customers split items in packages so they can save on customs duties however our customer services team are always willing to help where they can and if you contact them in future they would have no issue consulting with the warehouse team to organise this for you.

I know that customs procedures and import duties and taxes are a minefield and I do apologise that we only offer limited information regarding clearance and rates for duties in different countries on our website, as you can imagine shipping to so many countries it is difficult to provide exact information when each country have their own laws and customs procedures. Very prompt service and offer of different shipping options. However, tracking information should include delivery agent specific tracking code at the destination country. Without this code, it is impossible to trace the item in the event of failed delivery.

There was no other way to get the items we wanted shipped from a UK store. Although is a little expensive, it worked well. The service was very prompt, and the delivery from UK to Australia took only a few days. Tracking information was available all the way. We will use them again.

The service was quick and efficient, with fast reposting and delivery. However, paying extra for the "repack" option resulted in a package which was more expensive to ship than the original. This should never happen.

Unknown Shipment Details
1) Redice the price
2) Exclude & return the VAT and taxes for the customers since most of them will going to exported and used outside UK.
I'm using another service for forwarding from UK, provided by ARAMEX and I shifted to forward2me thought it will be cheaper since they combine shipment, but I found that even their local shipping is expensive and the ARAMEX price even without combine shipments was cheaper! That's why I'll stop using their service and get back to my previous service provider till they adjust their price.

I am restoring a car which parts are nearly none existent in the states and plentiful in the UK. A lot of sellers don't want to fool with shipping to the states and I don't blame them. No more worries about that. Great service.
