Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm disappointed to hear that you did not receive the expected level of service from forward2me and that your goods were not shipped via your preferred courier service.

I do see from the emails you have sent us that you clearly mentioned that you wanted to ship with UPS however we have invoiced you for the incorrect service. Please be assured that this mistake was not intentional and I do sincerely apologise for the error.

Seeing as the mistake has been on our part we would like to refund you the difference in the shipping costs between the DHL and UPS service and will ensure that the refund is actioned today.

As for shipping to a different named person and address, we don't currently have this facility on our website and the changes need to be made by a forward2me administrator however our developers are currently working on upgrading our site so that customers have more flexibility on who and where they ship their parcels, this should be live in the next few months.

1. I was provided one quote for the delivery and I clearly communicated the preferred service type. Subsequently the service counter just went on and issues an invoice for a more expensive service.
2. Wanted to ship to a friend but can't change the country.. really?

We do feel that we offer value for money for the service we provide, the shipping cost includes the use of your UK address, the acceptance, processing and all export documentation for your goods shipping via a premium tracked door to door service.

I'm pleased to hear that you found our service great however shipping costs were more than expected. Shipping prices are based on the weight and dimensions of a parcel and therefore it is difficult for us to estimate the shipping costs until the parcel has been received and we have this information.

If you are able to obtain this information from the seller before receiving your goods we do have a pricing page on our website where this information can be entered and will provide you with the courier choice for your country and the estimated shipping prices for this size of parcel.

We also offer a combine and repack service where customers can purchase multiple items and ship them together in one shipment, this can help make shipping more cost effective.
