From the correspondence I can see that we have done our best to help you with this situation forwarding a letter from Parcelforce to you and returning the letter once completed however we don't directly get involved with customs therefore you would need to contact either the sender or Parcelforce regarding the clearance of these goods.

Really fast service! A little pricy but they way I see it is you have to pay for the service & the shipping so it actually isn't that bad. My package was easily traceable the whole time. I had never done this before but it was so easy & forward made the steps to easy to follow. Definitely recommend!

Deliveries to Portugal keep getting more costly and don't take in consideration
the size/weight and the value good. Few delivery option and all at the same price.
Been using the service since 2014 but now it is only worth it if you buy in bundle.

I never received my product. I have chased this up with DHL, they claim to have delivered it on Sunday and had someone sign for it that wasn't me. I live alone and no-one else was home. I've also asked the only other flat in my block that could have taken delivery. So it was either given to someone outside the property, or it was delivered to a different address. I don't place the fault at your door though.
