We do appreciate you taking the time to review our services however I see that we haven't actually received or forwarded a parcel via our services for you yet.

I believe that you have been in touch with Customer Services regarding a parcel being shipped to your forward2me address from outside of the European Union however it has encountered some issues with customs clearance.
<br/>
From the correspondence I can see that we have done our best to help you with this situation forwarding a letter from Parcelforce to you and returning the letter once completed however we don't directly get involved with customs therefore you would need to contact either the sender or Parcelforce regarding the clearance of these goods.

I'm sorry that we have been unable to assist you further in this matter and wish you all very best with the clearance of the goods and on the successful delivery of your goods to our warehouse.

the size/weight and the value good. Few delivery option and all at the same price.
