I've been spoiled with their service. Used the personal shopper service and I could only recommend it. My special kudos go to Tracy who proactively helped me in hunting for the absolute rarity in the entirety of Europe - Reynolds bike wheels thru-axle adapters, small bike parts costing as much as the personal shopper and forwarding fees, but in fact priceless: I could just shelf my new carbon clincher wheel-set without these little things.
It was not that straightforward in fact because the vendor's website had been down and Tracy contacted the company and arranged for the purchase over phone. She then monitored the transaction and made sure DHL Express Worldwide deliver on the next day (before the Epiphany weekend - crucial for me) and finally checked back with me if I go the parts on time. Well I did and was literally over the moon!

Very quick service, package was recieved at forward2me around 11AM and was forwarded the same day around 4PM.
Costs are reasonable, not very cheap but the service is great!

Initial sign up was quick and easy. Communication was great, they notified and updated me every step of the way. The shipping was pretty steep to Canada but it is what it is and they were up front about the cost. It did arrive very quickly. I highly recommend their services.

Very quick and efficient. Communication was excellent, from the time they received my package to the time it was sent out. They repacked it so that the cost was reduced significantly. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend them and use them again. I hardly ever take the time to do reviews, but this company is very deserving.

The retailer I was buying from didn’t allow shipping to canada from the uk, Of course it was the last copy and there was a race to grab it, So I jumped on google and looked to see if such as service existed, I saw forward2me listed and figured I’d give it a try. I was hesitant on using forward2me because I’ve never used any parcel forwarding service and I questioned the legitimacy...
Did they ever prove me wrong. I have nothing but good words for these people, My package was delivered to their warehouse and I was instantly prompted to send it back to me, I payed for the shipping and It was delivered before the time that was estimated. :D
Their support team answered all of my questions and I was given live updates every time my package moved.
If you’re reading the reviews right now questioning whether or not to use forward2me just do it you’ll be happy you did (:

I see that although the parcel you shipped was fairly light the goods were contained quite a large box.
<br />
The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices.
<br />
However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.
<br />
Sometimes when retailers are shipping within the UK they do not worry about the size of box they ship goods in due to being domestic shipments, for this reason we offer our combine and repack service.
<br />
This service is where our team assess your parcel to see if they can reduce the size of the package to help save on shipping costs and provide you with the maximum value for shipping. For this service we charge £2 per parcel which is charged in additional to shipping fees however in most cases savings are made overall with shipping costs.

We do work with our couriers on a regular basis to ensure that we are obtaining the best shipping prices possible for our customers and feel that we do offer a good service for the price charged.

Included in the price paid is the use of your forward2me address, the acceptance, processing and onward shipping of your goods including any export paperwork and support required.\n\nI hope this helps explain how we calculate shipping costs and maybe how they can be reduced in the future.
