I've been using Forward2me for over a year now using them to ship some book club items only available in the UK shipped to me. They're interface is so easy to use especially when you have multiple items sitting in your storage. They get things shipped out VERY quickly after I pay - almost always within 24 hours (sometimes less depending on what time it is in the UK) unless it's a weekend. Great service - I recommend it whenever I get the chance!

Shipped without Amazon Labels! Had to contact amazon to make sure they don't return the box

After investigating this further for you I have found that unfortunately due to you paying for your shipment before we received the Amazon labels the shipment was dispatched before these labels had been attached.<br />I know this must have been frustrating for you as I know it is very important that these type of returns are labelled correctly to ensure that they are allocated to the correct account on arrival with Amazon however is difficult for us to ensure that labels are attached before dispatch when they are sent over after payment has been made.<br />Going forward it would be really helpful if you could forward these labels before you make payment for shipping so we can confirm with you that they have been added to the package, this will ensure that the shipment goes smoothly.<br />Please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team at info@forward2me.com if you have any further questions regarding the process going forward.<br />Kind Regards,Tracy.

The most important reason astonishing me is the level of the customer service at forward2me . Honestly I was delighted how quick, friendly and yet professional they are.
Second thing is the quick and fast shipping method they offer which takes about no more than 3 days if not less than this to get my shopping items just in front my door step while i’m living about quarter of the world a way.

The service was reliable and fast. Having free 30 day storage and a re-packing option is very helpful. With the wide range of shipping options, there's something that works for every budget. I made an account only intending to use it once, and a month later I'm already using it again. When Uniqlo USA sells out, I can now count on Uniqlo UK with forward2me :)

I had bought a few books from different book sellers, and sent them to my forward2me address.
Sometimes there is no description for the Package in the forward2me webpage (pls see attached screenshot) and it makes it difficult for me to key-in the value of said Package, as I could not figure out which book it is. Perhaps when there is no description, you can automatically attach a parcel snap/photo of the contents of the Package, so that I can visually identify the contents of the Package.
Just a thought.

-Webpage design

-2pounds+VAT per package consolidated is highway robbery for most things
-Not really customer friendly when it comes to lying to custom services
-"Review forward2me and get 50% off your next shipment", turns out it's just video review. I'm not happy with subject of that mail never stating video review and feedback link only leading to this page. Video is mentioned somewhere in the middle of message. Pretty misleading
