The customer service was very kind and helpful. They replied to my questions quickly, recommending the right services and setting my mind at east that my shipment would arrive safe and sound. The packers did a good job of packing my shipment securely and reinforcing the box edges with tape as I requested.

The package was a BIG box and almost full of air, the weight is less than 1KG and the cost is very high.
Hi,<br />Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the cost of our services.<br />I do see that you shipped some aftershave in this shipment which is classed as dangerous goods by our couriers for shipping purposes. Unfortuantely this means that the size of the box needs to be a certain size to comply with Dangerous Goods regulations and to ensure all the required documentation can be added to the parcel.<br />Our couriers also add a high surcharge for dangerous goods when shipping by air which does impact on the cost of shipping however this fee is only passed at cost to the customer we do not charge a fee for the additional time it takes to process a dangerous goods shipment.<br />I hope this information helps explain why the cost of shipping was more expensive for you on this occasion, as a whole we feel we do offer a premium value for money service.<br />Please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service Team at info@forward2me.com if you have any further questions. I collect from all across the world, primarily from Europe. I used Borderlinx until they had a problem. Forward-to-Me has been an awesome replacement as well as a substantial upgrade. I am very pleased with the services I have received thus far. Many European vendors do not ship directly to the USA; without Forward-to-Me I would not be able to acquire numerous special items and special deals. I will be a long term customer.
