Yes i would use their service again but only with the uk address because there is only one shipping option with the german address. i used the german one for one time and price was a bit expensive but dhl shipping service was perfect and on time. Anyway thank you forward2me for the service

I've been using Aramex Shop and Ship for years now. However, forward2me has far surpassed them and my expectations. I received my delivery from the UK to Qatar within 2 days. Additionally, all items were delivered directly to my home. I will no longer be using Aramex Ship and Shop as this service is cheaper, more efficient, quicker and delivers goods to my home; I couldn't ask for a better service.

The service was good. It provided shipping options and was relatively quick to deliver to the USA. Paying for service was easy. Paying for local shipping, VAT, and International shipping plus the forward2me value added charge was in no way inexpensive but I did get them item I needed from the only source i could find... so we'll call that a win. Would use the service again if the same situation happened.

But the service is a little bit expensive. For a paket with three litle lighters 25 Euro. But this was the option with tracking via Dhl express.

- Does not make sense to take an image of the package, as you have no idea of the content inside. Better concept is take picture of the actual item & see if you received what you actually ordered.

Hi,Many thanks for your feedback however we're sorry to hear that you are unhappy with both the cost of the services we have provided.We take your comments onboard about providing a photograph of the contents of the package rather than the exterior label, this was originally introduced so customers could see the sender of the package and the tracking ID number if available so they could identify the contents of the package. We do however have plans in the future to introduce internal photographs however don't currently have a set date for this service coming live.I'm sorry that you feel our combine and repack fees are too expensive, I see you had 13 parcels repacked at a total cost of £26. This process does take some time for parcels to be picked from the warehouse, opened and repacked. The fee does reflect the cost of additional packing materials and the time for our team to repack and prepare the parcels, this job would have taken more than 10 minutes to complete.I hope this helps explain the time involved with the combine and repack service, generally this is cost effective for the customer as the price of overall shipping is reduced and the goods are repacked so they are safe and secure for international shipping.I hope you will continue to use our services going forward and if you are unhappy with any of the costs involved with using our services please contact our Customer Service team at info@forward2me.com and we will be happy to look at the best options for shpping your goods.Thank you once again for your feedback.Kind Regards,Tracy.

Got my package, and sadly it wasnt in the shape I was hoping to get it in. Messaged support asking if they could package it better next time and was told I should've been the one to request a repackage and pay extra for it. I've ordered stuff from various other Forwarding/Proxy websites and always received my package in perfect quality for a much cheaper price. For this order I picked one of the more expensive shipping options and my product came opened with dents and creases which is a bit dissapointing considering it was a Limited Edition item. There was nothing inside supporting or protecting the product from damage. I would rather not trust them with ordering something expensive again.

Hi,Many thanks for your feedback.I'm sorry to hear that the cost of shipping your item was more than expected. We pride ourselves on offering a premium door to door service with couriers offering full tracking so we can offer support to our customers from the time the goods arrive with us to delivery.We do offer a budget untracked service for our customer where Royal Mail cover the UK part of the shipping however since the Australian Government introduced the GST charge on all shipment under $1000 AUD last year we are unable to offer this service.We do however offer combine and repack to make shipping more cost effective for our customers, where low value goods can be repacked together in one shipment to ensure our customers obtain the maximum value for shipping.I hope you will consider using our services again in the future and maybe use the combine and repack service to combine a number of lower value purchases into one shipment.Kind Regards,Tracy.

My only complaint was the cost of the shipping. OUTRAGEOUS! £50 is $100 Australian!!
My only choices were courier companies. Why wasn’t I offered Royal Mail for £15 and delivery in 7 to 10 days?

The choice of couriers and shipping methods is very good, and prices are absolutely fair.
Once again my parcel has been forwarded to me very quickly: this time less than one hour after I made the payment (confirmed by the courier tracking).
Finally, I have been kept informed of the progress of my parcel, from when it was received by forward2me to when it was handed over the courier, but without clogging my inbox with redundant or irrelevant information.
