The cost of shipping is too expensive and I prefer another company that is has a good cost for me.

Thank you for reviewing our services however I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the cost of shipping your goods.
The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices.
I have taken a look at your shipment and can see that the volumetric weight was much higher than the actual weight of the goods so the shipping fees were calculated on the higher volumetric weight.
When retailers ship within the UK they tend to ship in standard sized packaging as couriers charge shipping on the actual weight of the goods rather than the volumetric weight.
We therefore offer a service called combine and repack which enables the customer to request that their goods are repacked as efficiently as possible for shipping. I see that you did not take advantage of this service which may have saved on overall costs for shipping.
The service is available from your inbox when you ship the goods, I feel that looking at the contents of your package and the actual weight, the volume could have maybe been reduced to lower your overall shipping cost.

I gave 2 stars because you're fast at adding the information of the picked up package and fast at sending me an email telling me about it. But with other companies I tried they get rid of the boxes or bags and collect all the products in one box as small as possible so it won't be that expensive.
So I bought from 5 sites and I had to paid only 100 SAR while with Forward2me I only have 2 packages and since you didn't make it together as a 1 shipment it costs me 275 SAR.
So I really want to love my experiment with you because i like the site and everything about it but only the way of collecting and packaging is not as good as shipster or ship4less.

I have taken a look at your shipment I see that you have consolidated the two packages you have received for shipping as a multi-piece shipment however you didn't take advantage of our combine and repack option.
The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices.
I see on this occasion the volumetric weight of your parcels was much higher than the actual weight and the combine and repack service may have been beneficial for you to reduce the overall size of the packages and repack them together in one package.
Retailers in the UK tend to use standard bags and boxes that are often much larger than required for the goods contained inside. This is fine when shipping within the UK as couriers tend to charge on the actual weight however when a shipment goes by air the actual size of the package is taken into account.
Going forward this service may be beneficial to you so we can reduce the size of the packages for you and repack them so they are safe and secure for international transit. This will ensure that you receive the maximum value for shipping.

Firstly, Packages instantly appear once arrived, UNLIKE DHLeasyshop and Aramex Shopandship which take 3-7 days to prcoess the package upon arrival to their facilities (which adds to the waiting time). Just to be clear, Forward to me will use DHL courier and send ur package DAYS faster than DHLeasyshop!!
Secondly the service is THE BEST thing about this company. It took me a week to reach people at ARAMEX (tried all day everyday) and 48hours for anyone to reply from DHL (INLUDES PHONE and EMAIL). Forward2me ALWAYS replied fast (within minutes sometimes, max was 12 hours).
Thirdly, Packages come very, very neatly repacked. ARAMEX Shopandship TWICE treated my package like trash (EVERYTHING BROKEN). NEVER AGAIN ARAMEX.
I have used this company 6 times now and they never let me down.
PLEASE STAY LIKE THIS FORWARD2ME, we need companies like you!

Prices that do not match with the ones on the website. Unprofessional support. Found a womans order in my dashboard with everything she bought,addresses etc. which is a huge violation of personal info and still they did not offer anything for the trouble. just a sorry.

I'm sorry to hear that you have encountered some issues with your account, from time to time due to human error we do come across occasional errors however these situations are very rare compared to the volume of parcels we receive to our facility.
With regards to the pricing page, these prices are obtained directly from the courier and as long as the correct weight and dimensions of your package is entered the price for shipping should match the quote you have received. However if the final weight and dimensions of your parcel are different to the one obtained on your quote or additional surcharges such as dangerous goods are applied these are not included in the price calculator.
I see that your shipment did contain a dangerous good, therefore a surcharge for shipping these type of products would not show on the pricing page but was advised by our agent when the parcel arrived. We do provide information on our website to identify what goods are classed as dangerous for shipping and to ask customer to contact our Customer Service team to check prices for shipping them before they purchase them.

It was pretty much a no-drama process. I made my purchase from an online retailer in the UK that wouldn't allow me to process the order to ship to the US. I used the service from forward2me as the mailing address so that I can have the package sent to a UK mailing address. forward2me received the package and mailed it to me in the US and charged me the agreed upon amount & courier service. The item got to me just when I needed it.

The logistics industry is going through a very difficult time at the moment, due to the COVID 19 pandemic situation there is a lack of flights with airlines and due to increased costs many airlines have increased pricing. This is therefore then passed down the line to the end customer and many couriers have added an emergency surcharge to shipping fees to cover the additional costs.
I see that you did take advantage of our combine and repack service so you did obtain the best value for shipping for your package however the parcel was very small so it may not have been the most cost effective way of shipping parcels from the UK.
We do offer a free 30 day storage period from the receipt of a parcel so it may be more cost effective for you to take advantage of this offer and collate a number of parcels in your inbox before going ahead with shipping.

Excellent service! I prefer shopping from European websites compared to the American ones as there seems to be more options to choose from. Also, I was updated on the arrival of my packages in a timely manner and received them all in an excellent state too. The only issue I had was with the Combined Shipping Option. DHL asked I pay custom fees of almost 300 USD for my package to be delivered to me!!! I wish Forward2Me hinted me of the possibility of this happening.

From the correspondence with our Customer Service team I believe there was an issue with the repack, you were looking to remove all shoe boxes however your combine and repack was already completed before we received your request and was prepared for shipping.
I also see that you could only see one option for shipping, we do offer shipping via DHL, UPS and TNT so I'm thinking maybe the other couriers did not recognise your address for some reason and this was why you were unable to see the other options.

Fast shipping good tracking info. So far I have used the service three times and got to know just when and where my package would be in the system based on the previous shipment history. We all like some routine flow in our lives.

Forward2Me provides professional customer-oriented services in an efficient manner and without fuss. It is not necessarily cheap but that probably has more to do with the charges of international couriers. I would recommend Forward2Me to anyone who needs items shipped form the UK.

Maybe I misunderstood, but I thought the fee would be around $18.00. I ended up paying around $35.00. I am, however very to have my order.

I'm thinking that you may have seen the lowest shipping fee that could be offered for shipping to your country however the cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.
I see that the actual volumetric weight of your parcel was higher than the actual weight so we may have been able to reduce the size of the goods for shipping.
For this reason we offer a combine and repack service where our warehouse team evaluate how the goods are packaged, often goods delivered in the UK are shipped in much larger boxes than required so we can look to repack the goods in a much smaller box to help save on shipping costs. This service is offered on your account when you ship your goods and may be a good option for you need time you ship.

Two boxes of varying weights both cost an exceptional amount to ship and also cost the same amount each. No variety in shipping options or the ability to combine the two packages together to help consolidate costs. Not anywhere close to being cost effective.
