Thank you for taking the time to review our services, I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with how we dealt with your package.
I see that the item you received was a prepaid card, as a rule we do not permit our customers to use their account for financial products however we do make an exception for prepaid cards which have no credit facility attached to them.
Due to this being a financial products we need to be very careful to ensure we are shipping a card to the correct person so have extra procedures in place to check the customers identity before shipping the card onwards overseas. We need to also ensure that the country in question also permit this kind of import.
These extra checks do take sometime and therefore an additional charge is applied to the shipment for the work involved.

I'm so pleased that you are overall happy with the service we provide and see that you have been with us for some time now.
With regards to shipping options, we do offer four courier options to Finland, DHL, UPS, TNT and DPD, also a cheap untracked option with the postal service however are always looking for new couriers to take on board.
The budget untracked service is very responible however this is only recommended for single, very small low value parcels, GLS in our country is Parcelforce, we have looked at working with this courier in the past however we cannot command the same level of discount on shipping as we do from couriers such as UPS and DHL.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service you received from forward2me however I do see from the email communication that our agent tried to contact you on numerous occasions to resolve the issues although did not receive a response. She also tried to contact you by phone however was unable to do so.
We placed your shipment on hold pending a response, when we did not hear from you we then released the shipment for onward forwarding, this did however result in a delay in shipping your goods. Please be assured that we did have your best interests in mind, as we had found a more cost effective way to ship the goods.
With regards to the parcel that has not yet been delivered, I see from the tracking that this has now arrived in Italy, after being separated from the other two parcels in transit, this should be delivered to you soon.
I do sincerely apologise that we didn't get things quite right for you on this occasion and there was a problem with communication. Many thanks for taking the time to review our services, I'm pleased to hear that you are happy with the overall service however the cost of shipping was more expensive than you would have liked.
I see that you are based in New Zealand, in recent months the New Zealand government have added Goods and Service Tax to all lower value shipments being imported into your country. Due to the volume of parcels Forward2me ship to New Zealand we were required to register for the collection of this tax which has inevitabily impacted on the overall price of shipping lower value shipments.
Unfortunately these extra charges are out of our control however we continually work to make shipping for our customers as cost effective as possible.
We do offer a 30 day free storage period so if you ship on a regular basis it may be more cost effective for you to collate a number of parcels at your forward2me address and consolidate them into one shipment.
Many customers take advanatage of this offer to ensure that they obtain the maximum value when shipping.

I'm really disappointed to hear that you have provided us with a 1* star when our agents did their very best to assist you in re-shipping your goods after the goods were shipped to our address in error. I believe the seller shipped the goods to your forward2me address instead of directly to your home address in Germany.
Unfortunately we cannot compete with UK sellers domestic pricing, they often provide this as a loss leader as they make their money on the sale of the product however as we are just providing a service and cannot command this kind of pricing from our couriers. We are an international courier and don't have the same options for a company who ships within the UK on a day to day basis.
I feel that we gave you a very competitive price for shipping to your overseas address and are thinking due to the seller making an error with the shipment they would have offered compensation to you to cover these costs.
I'm sorry that you feel that we didn't provide you with the expected level of service on this occasion.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the cost of shipping from the UK to your country. Shipping costs however can vary from country to country and can be calculated in a different way.
I have taken a look at your shipment and can see that you shipped your goods as a multi-piece shipment without taking advantage of the combine and repack service.
This service is offered to customers on shipping, we take all your parcels and repack them as efficiently and safely as possible for shipping. This not only make them safe but can also reduce the overall size of them for shipping.
Shipping from the UK is calculated on the amount of space the parcel takes up in transit, this is called the volumetric weight, I'm not sure if this is how couriers calculate the shipping from the USA.
I see that you did not take advantage of this when you shipped, therefore the volumetric weight was much higher than the actual dead weight. Using the combine and repack service could have helped reduce the volumetric weight and therefore the cost.

However I did use another service as that but it was quite expensive that was somentimes when I know and I need to order many items for my family or my girlfriend I will use their service. Instead of having one parcel after another.

I'm pleased to hear you have found our service efficient however the cost of shipping was more than you would have liked.
I see that your parcel was only very light however shipping costs are based on the actual space it takes up in transit. This is called the volumetric weight and is how the courier calculate the overall cost of shipping.
The volumetric weight of your parcel was higher therefore the cost of shipping moved into the next price bracket.
Shipping can be more cost effective if you purchase a number of items from multiple retailers and combine the goods into one package for shipping so you can obtain the maximum value for the service.
We offer 30 free days storage which does allow customers to collate parcels for a time and ship them altogether.

I'm sorry that the cost of shipping was more than expected however we don't as a rule remove any kind of manufacturer or shoe boxes until this is specifically requested by the customer via email.
Removing the boxes would make the product vulnerable to damage in transit and we not remove the boxes without the customers consent. However going forward if you prefer us to work in this way please contact our Customer Services team before submitting your combine and repack request and they can look at removing the boxes.
