Great customer service in particular Julie for the UK warehouse. I had an issue with payment and she took me through all the steps to resolve promptly and clearly. The website UX itself is a little convoluted though.

It is difficult to rate 5 stars a package that never arrived at home due to customs problems and returned to the sender in almost 2 months.
I must admit that after the first "bounces" and misunderstandings I was assisted with attention and patience (mine was also remarkable)
In particular, I would like to thank Jane who followed me throughout the process and who in the end convinced her manager to reimburse me for the cost of shipping

This is a top class company. The website is fairly intuitive with lots of backup should you make a mistake.There are a lot of delivery options so you can choose what’s best for you.I would strongly recommend that you use the available trial run before your package leaves the retailer as it will give you the confidence to navigate the process to completion when they email you to say your package has arrived.

I wanted to return a package, but after 15 emails, the time for returns has run out. All I received were autoresponders from poor customer support with no assistance at all.

EDIT: after a while, they finally decided to ship the package for FREE to me, so I moved the review from 1 to 3 stars. It was meant to be a birthday present; I got it 2 months and 30 emails later.

Amazing service. I ordered a pair of limited dr martens boots from America which I wanted for long time. The same model was not available in the UK. This is the first time that I am using Forward2me after I did some research with ChatGPT about which forwarder had the best overall experience. And I think ChatGPT picked the right one.

After a slow shipping process with FedEx (frustrating but not related to this review) the package arrived and since I was a bit unsure and sceptic I used their customer service via Whatsapp and talked to "Honey" in the USA location. It was a pleasure talking to someone competent and friendly and I am sorted and understand the process much better now. Looking forward to get my package!

To my country not all webshops are delivering, I can use them very well.
Helpdesk is very helpful, when I had to send back a package to sender, they were contacting me about actual status.
Application is user friendly, you have 30 days to decide about your package, and several delivery optons are available.

It's very nice that they ship anywhere. It was a little confusing figuring out the package and stuff, but it came without damaging the product (I bought Mine Turtle from the kickstarter). I would've given a 5-star review if they were either less expensive or if they showed their price for shipping upfront, cuz I was overwhelmed that it was twice the original product's price.

The team decided to provide a refund of the product's value. Thank you to the individual dealing with this issue internally for Forward2me (I will not mention her name as that is personal information).

04/Feb/2025: The Foward2me customer support team suggested a phone call as a gesture of good will to further discuss the issue. They gave me 2 calls, and when I picked up the only thing I could hear was noise. I called the team back (in which case the phone call was fine by the way) and they told me they will reach out to me via the representative I have been talking to. After that, the same issue occurred with the noise on the line. I couldn't hear anything. I haven't heard back from the Forward2me customer support since. Very confusing situation.

It’s clear that, following your recent online communication, your primary focus is on maintaining a positive public image. However, I find that any further communication with your representatives—who I’m sure are well-meaning—will not change the reality that, in this instance, your company’s policies and processes have left me feeling disillusioned and regretful for choosing your services.

Unless compensation for the damaged package is offered, I fail to see any purpose in continuing this correspondence.

In early January, I received a package from Forward2Me that was severely damaged, with the item inside—a collectible—suffering slight damage as well. Such damage can significantly impact the value of a collectible. Unfortunately, I did not include a guarantee when requesting shipment, which the company cited as the primary reason for their refusal to address the issue. Both Forward2Me and the courier provided a deeply unsatisfactory customer experience in response to my concerns, demonstrating a clear lack of accountability and care for their customers' needs.

It is deeply concerning that a company of this stature would disregard the experience of its clients in such a manner, offering no meaningful resolution or support when problems arise. I urge caution to others who may consider using this service: without a guarantee, there is a substantial risk of receiving a damaged package, with no recourse for a refund due to rigid company policy. This experience has been extremely disappointing, particularly given Forward2Me's reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.

Definitely not the outcome I was looking for.

Used forward2me couple of times and was happy with them. Last year my shipping was £53 and the package value £419,95. Thought it was perfect. Now i had the same order just less so my order was £330 but now my shipping was £108. Think the price change within 1 year is ridiculous. And to note £108 was the cheapest option.

Also asked for repacking and extra protection, repacking was done, extra protection was worthless. All they did was add brown paper on top, so the contents weren't protected. Nothing on the sides or underneath. Also appd them about extra protection before i did the official request and i was assured it would be done. They said we have added extra notificationon the shipment, well that didn't help.

Probably won't be using F2M again as the price for shipping is to high for the value of contents. Shipping was quick so that was great 👍
