They responded back with any questions i had quick and I'm very happy with the service I have received they haven't let me down yet. They also worked with me with the shipping price because I have a lot packages coming to me also I am very satisfied even though they probably hate me with all my questions and bugging them laugh out loud

I’ve used forward2me on many occasions and I have to say it’s by far the best forwarding company I’ve used, especially since I had quite mixed and exhausting experiences with other companies in the past. I’m using their UK warehouse and the service is always great. They process shipments quickly, they’re packaged well and I’ve never had an issue with the delivery. The customer service team is also very nice and helpful. Recently I had a missing package because of an issue with the address which Nica located within a day. On another occasion I talked to Aimee who was also great.
I haven’t needed much combining and repacking with my orders so far so I can’t speak to how well that works but given my experiences I’d trust them to do that well too. Will definitely be using them again!

I already use another proxy shipping service but I wanted to buy something from German eBay and my current proxy shipper doesn’t have a warehouse in Germany so I tried Forward2me. In short, they’re great! Everything went completely smoothly and the price was reasonable. I’d definitely recommend them and I’ll use them again for purchases in Europe.

We are confident that we have not scammed you or mishandled your package items in any way.
You are searching for a package that never arrived at our warehouse. We investigated the DHL Paket racking number and found that it was out for delivery on Saturday, but our warehouse in Germany is closed on weekends. As a result, the parcel was returned to the sender.
I understand how upsetting it can be to lose items and feel frustrated with the process. We request photos to determine if the package was tampered with or inspected by customs, as we have encountered situations where couriers may open and inspect packages, potentially resulting in lost items inside.
We are communicating with you via email and clarified that the items were returned to the original sender. You have agreed to request compensation directly from them.

Unfortunately, I spent a lot of time solving the delivery problem. Customer service agents should be more competent in matters concerning services. I received completely different information regarding the same issue. But in any case, after many days, we finally solved the problem. Forward2Me helped me to ship a package containing items that not all carriers use to deliver.
My package contains Spray Deodorants and they are considered dangerous goods and they need to be prepared to be shipped via DHL Express.
Also, the airport near my house does not receive these items from DHL anymore. So I had to choose another address to send it.
JOYCE from Forward2Me helped with all this process.

I had to sort out some customs documents for a recently shipped package with Forward2me. Thanks to Aimee from UK warehouse, everything was made possible. She did not hesitate to make the necessary amendment that needed to be made. She stayed available and proceeded with the requests until everything was in order. I paid for 3 day delivery, it kept being pushed back and delayed and ended up about 3 times that. Your second paragraph is not correct, after it was collected the estimated date changed twice which then tripled the date, I did not include the amount of time it took for the parcel to actually be picked up.

You selected UPS Standard which has an estimated delivery time of 3 business days. It is worth noting that courier estimates never include customs because they can not control customs. It would be like an airline including your time standing at customs and immigration in your flight time. You paid on Friday afternoon and our warehouse team had the shipment ready for collection 8 minutes later. Unfortunately you paid after the UPS collection and so the next possible collection was Monday. The shipment was collected by UPS at first opportunity on Monday.
Once the shipment reached the UPS export facility it did not move from Tuesday to Thursday whilst it was waiting for customs clearance. We feel this is too long and have raised it with UPS but we also recognise that UPS is not customs and has limits in their ability to influence customs. You might compare the situation to British Airways trying to speedup the immigration queue at Glasgow airport - complaints to management can be made but influence is limited. We have checked all paperwork that was provided and everything was in order so we await further explanation from UPS.
We believe the customs delay was magnified because the shipment arrived in the UK on Friday (owing to the 3 day customs delay on the export side) and so was not available for residential delivery until the following week.
We accept that this was not the level of service we aspire to. As mentioned we are working with UPS to understand more. Additionally we think we can improve several pieces of information on our site around business days vs weekends and delivery estimates in general.
