Item arrived quickly and packaged well. I was very happy with the service. The only downside being that I didn't receive a reply to my mail enquiring as to whether they sign on delivery for our items when they are delivered to their office (they do). Great service though, and would use forward2me again.

I am quite an old customer and have shipped many an item through your service
Whilst I am sure that the Web based system that you have now created obviously works efficiently from your end, it feels a bit like you've lost that "personal touch"
For example, it would appear that the only shipping service that you offer now is Courier service.
Sometimes I just buy something small like a wireless mouse and a small Royal Mail package [& price} would suit me better

Fast and clearly communications. Very kind employees. Fast shipping. Shipping rates should be cheaper (or you can add Royal Air Mail International Signed for service) but I'm a very satisfied forward2me customer. Last month your employees solved successfully a problem about a shipping (from seller to forward2me storage). In the future do you think you add concierge service to buy directly from strores (like Tesco Extra Stores)?

The consignment arrived in Cyprus quickly and appears to be undamaged. I have not yet had the opportunity to connect the water heater to confirm that it is in working order, but all indications are that it is in good oredr.

Quick service. Forward2me told me on Friday that they have my package, I paid it right away and they sent it almost right away after I paid. I received the package on the next monday, basically within 1 working day.

The service is very fast. The only thing I do not agree is the high rate of DHL service.I found it expensive.

I wanted to buy shoes on Converse.co.uk. However, after a first attempt, converse didn't accept the purchase because my visa wasn't form UK (how sick is that). The converse helpdesk was not really helpful. So I let Forward2me know about this issue. They immediately contacted Converse, and came back to me with the personal shopper solution. We went for it: they were very efficient, extremely professional and awfully nice!
The service is expensive, but totally worthy. A great team running an helpful service!

It is ok if you want to use this company for valuable expensive stuff I guess. I got charged 70 euros for a packet that was less than a kilo (clothes). Two tiny dresses and three tiny tops that they could easily be fitted in a small parcel. I was charged with the volumetric weight because they used all these layers of bubbles to wrap it so as a resault I got this huge packet. I guess this is their policy. I would not advise a friend to use this method unless it is for very important stuff.
