however we did find it very expensive indeed it works out double cost for us then say to get somebody we know to post for us. We just did not want to have the hassle of having to bother anybody to post stuff for us. and be able to use a service like yourself. I think concept good but costing poor

The packaging was good, as well as communication. All of the process was concise and to the point. I would have only suggested that there be more (cheaper) shipping options available as sometimes, I'm not in such a hurry to warrant usage of a DHL Express service.

The idea to be able to ship goods from the UK to Switzerland is fantastic. The delivery of the parcels is pretty quick. I would recommend forward2me to friends.

I have used 2 others UK Mail Forwarding services before finding these guys. They were not only extremely helpful with a certain forwarding issue I had but were also very friendly (which I have learned one shouldn't take for granted)
Through the month I am using their service (I use it on weekly basis) there is nothing I can say but good words I can say.
In short, this is simply the best mail forwarding service out there. Period. nothing coming close.

does exactly what I thought it would - and they didn't try to burn you on the postage costs - in fact they helped reduce it by repacking the item ...BONUS!

You need to have more shipping and options (without have to contact the sender) and prices.

Great service..1st parcel arrived missing an item but it could not be proved who was at fault,the supplier or F2me. Second parcel was 100% and arrived speedily. Overall a great service!

I found the service Excellent, very helpful and I would recommend to others. I just find the service a little expensive because the way you calculate the weight and size. Other then that Perfect.

I rate them excellent because of several things:
1. Incredibly fast written answers (and to the point) to mailed questions.
2. My package was inspected and mailed in a good secured bag.
3. The status-updates and tracking information were accurate.
4. Shipped after they received my payment on forwarding, same day!
Their prices are okay for me, because I value speed and service.
