Great service, although I thought there was going to be a question over weight of the package. Actual weight was 7kgs, but your dispatch note said 9kgs. As it was I understand I was charged for 7kgs, so all is well.

Service was fast & efficient
Prices are quite high though, was going to ship a lamp via yourselves & entered dimensions in calculator - came out at £200 on calculator. Ended up paying £80 through the supplier to ship it.

This was what I had been looking for. Seriuosly. Specially using the personal shopper service since some brands don't even let you pay with a overseas creditcard since the billing adress is not the same as the one on the card.

I was nervous having my packages sent to an address in a country that I have never been to, but everything went so smoothly. I had a question before signing up and the response was quick and courteous. I was amazed by how fast I actually received my package. The rates were more than fair, and I will now enjoy shopping on all the UK sites that wouldn't have been available to me otherwise.

It is a good service but the costs for p&p are a bit high. It cost more for the post than for the item I bought. I was not aware of this..I will not be using this service anymore.

i think its a very good concept and useful especially for Malta howver its a bit over priced, i rate the service as excellent thou!

They were very fast. It was great being able to track my package. Constant notification. However not so keen on them opening and inspecting my package.
My experience with forward to me pretty much reflected what I had read beforehand from other users. In a nutshell, fast, reliable but expensive.
I was able to track the status of my package, initially with the f2me depot and then through DNL. Basically, I would say forward to me "is what it is". If you want something from overseas that is not available locally and you're prepared to pay quite a bit more to get it then f2me is a good service. I would think that the current model would make the most sense if you were forwarding small, light but high value items. For lower value items the cost is prohibitive.
