BY COMPARISON, TIPTRANS.COM OF U. K. OFFER ROYAL MAIL AND NOW EVRI AS THEIR SHIPPING OPTIONS WHILE FORWARD2ME DO NOT, MAKING THE OPTIONS LOOK VERY LIMITED OTHER THAN THOSE MORE EXPENSIVE OPTIONS.
I CERTAINLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY, STRANGELY, ROYAL MAIL IS NOT INCLUDED IN THEIR SHIPPING OPTION BECAUSE IT IS THEIR NATIONAL COURIER AND THEREFORE FORWARD2ME SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROUD OF IT.
THE OTHER FAILURE IS THAT IN TERMS OF FLEXIBILITY FORWARD2ME LOOSES OUT TO TIPTRANS BECAUSE TIPTRANS U. K. OFFER VERY FLEXIBLE COMBINE AND REPACK OPTIONS EVEN TO THOSE UNAFFORDABLE.
IN FORWARD2ME THE COMBINE AND REPACK OPTIONS ARE MADE TO CATER TO THE CONVENIENCE OF FORWARD2ME RATHER THAN TO ITS CLIENTS OR CUSTOMERS, BECAUSE IF MY PARCEL WEIGHT IS BELOW 1 KG, COMBINE AND REPACK OPTION IS NOT ENCOURAGED EVEN THOUGH THE MULTI PIECE SHIPPING OPTIONS LOOK ATTRACTIVE.
EVEN IF THE CHEAPEST OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE (THERE ARE TWO IN FACT) IT DOES NOT SERVE MUCH PURPOSE UNLESS ONE HAS ONLY, AND ONLY, 1 PARCEL TO SHIP, MINUS THE OTHER COMBINE AND REPACK OPTION WHICH IS ONLY LESS THAN 1 KILOGRAMME AND WHICH FAILS TO MEET THE CRITERION. ON THE WHOLE, THE WHOLE COMBINE AND REPACK OPTION LOOKS WHOLLY UNATTRACTIVE COMPARED TO THOSE OFFERED BY TIPTRANS U. K. IRRESPECTIVE OF THE WEIGHT AND SIZE OF THE PARCEL.
THUS, IT LOOKS AS THOUGH FORWARD2ME LOOKS MORE ATTRACTIVE TO THOSE WHO CAN REALLY AFFORD IT RATHER THAN TO THOSE WHO REALLY CANNOT AFFORD ITS SERVICES.

We are sorry to see that you have only provided us with 4*.
Unfortunately our personal shopper service is only available for purchases to our UK warehouse. If you require to purchase a product from an EU retailer then you would be responsible for the purchase of the goods and if your planning to ship the order within the EU through our services, it would be advised for you to use our EU warehouse as the delivery address from the retailer to avoid additional tax costs. We cannot currently offer the personal shopper service from any of our other warehouses but we are hoping the personal shopper service is something that we could look to introduce to our other warehouse locations in the future.

We are sorry that you can only provide us with 4*.
Your capacitors had been identified as hazardous or dangerous goods initially by our processing team to prompt you to contact us so we could complete further checks on the specification, voltage and watt hour capacity of the items and to also ensure that we would be accredited for shipping the capacitors under our export license with the couriers should the items have been classified as restricted for shipping. I understand that the additional checks did eventually conclude that the capacitors were not classified as hazardous as per the product specification documents provided from you and we were happy to release the package from your account to allow you to proceed with shipping these as normal.
We apologize if you felt the additional checks carried out for your package were unnecessary and our processing team may have been overcautious, however, as a forwarding agency we have to ensure we are completing country specific checks for items and abiding by the rules and regulations of IATA if handling and shipping any products that may or may not be classified as hazardous or restricted for international shipping.
To try and assist with reducing the delay times for these additional checks, if you are ever uncertain whether your item (s) may or may not be classified as restricted or problematic for international shipping, we would advise you to contact us prior to purchasing. We are prepared to discuss the possibility of handling and shipping the items and if we can agree to do so we will be able to discuss any additional conditions applicable to our handling and any additional charges that may apply.

We are confident that the previous delivery issues with DHL Paket are being looked into and resolved for us by the courier directly and we urge customers to ensure they are using the amended Germany delivery address format from their account.
