																	There are two inbox addresses (UK (non-EU) and DE (EU)) in the company for a customer. A customer can have the primary shipping address is in EU. The service does not match the personal shopper locality and the customer delivery address. For example, EU to EU, and non-EU to non-EU. If you require to purchase a product from an EU retailer then you would be responsible for the purchase of the goods and if your planning to ship the order within the EU through our services, it would be advised for you to use our EU warehouse as the delivery address from the retailer to avoid additional tax costs. I was nervous to use a forwarding service because I had no experience with it before. I am so glad I chose Forward2me! It was quick, inexpensive, and easy. 																	Ordered product from Italy and shipped to forward2me Germany. Systems seemed automated and I received notification when the package arrived in Germany. Unfortunately when I logged on to choose my shipping method they had for some reason classified my package as hazardous goods. It took over a week of back and forth including finding and providing documents from the manufacturer that show the product is not classified as hazardous goods. Ultimately it went to the warehouse manager for a decision and he released the package. I never got an explanation of why they classified the package as hazardous. So it turned into a 10 day unnecessary shipping delay. Package arrived successfully with FedEx Connect which was the cheapest option. So end result I was happy but would like to see them improve the process.

Your capacitors had been identified as hazardous or dangerous goods initially by our processing team to prompt you to contact us so we could complete further checks on the specification, voltage and watt hour capacity of the items and to also ensure that we would be accredited for shipping the capacitors under our export license with the couriers should the items have been classified as restricted for shipping. I understand that the additional checks did eventually conclude that the capacitors were not classified as hazardous as per the product specification documents provided from you and we were happy to release the package from your account to allow you to proceed with shipping these as normal.
We apologize if you felt the additional checks carried out for your package were unnecessary and our processing team may have been overcautious, however, as a forwarding agency we have to ensure we are completing country specific checks for items and abiding by the rules and regulations of IATA if handling and shipping any products that may or may not be classified as hazardous or restricted for international shipping.
To try and assist with reducing the delay times for these additional checks, if you are ever uncertain whether your item (s) may or may not be classified as restricted or problematic for international shipping, we would advise you to contact us prior to purchasing. We are prepared to discuss the possibility of handling and shipping the items and if we can agree to do so we will be able to discuss any additional conditions applicable to our handling and any additional charges that may apply.

																	I wanted to order a product that didn't ship to Sweden and it was pretty expensive for shipping (£36) but totally fine in the end. Just prepare for like a 25% customs tax if ordering from UK because of brexit. 																	So people usually read the one star and two star reviews.
So I'll start with this. Customer communication was 5 stars. I cannot dispute that. It was quick, timely, you just gotta match up the UK hours with your own time zone.
Everything else? Not so much.
First those quotes they give you on the front page of the website? Forget all that entirely. Literally just throw that out. Or pick the biggest one and add 30€.
I ordered some manicure gel. Not flammable, non dangerous, very small goods. They even come in their own strong plastic pots. I got three packages, total weight was about 1.21 kg total.
Cheap, right? I expected to pay 60-70€ in shipping, with FedEx.
Wrong. Wrong!
I was hit with a repacking fee of 6€, ok. Fine. Expectation was that it was going to be in a smaller box.
Wrong again! My 6€ paid for the package to get heavier. It went from 1.21 kg to 1.38 kg.
So I paid for it to get heavier?
The shipping quote forced it to be optimized for DHL, said best would be 70€, worst would be 86€.
I was slapped with a solid 96€ for shipping.
So the package got heavier, and quote was now higher. I paid for over 200€ so I was in it for the long haul.
It said DHL express, two business days. I waited 2 weeks for that package to arrive to NEW YORK CITY for collection.
When I got it, it looked like my stuff was thrown in the most ramshackle, ghetto big box they had with no extra care or protection. There were packing peanuts, but that's it. And it looked like they just opened the other packages and tossed the contents inside of the big box with no care or protection.
So I'm not doing this again.
Edit: let me add this. If I had shipped to America via bpost from the Benelux, shipping would have been 46€ for 30 kg.

I am sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied and that you have received your items in poor condition to your address.
All damage or loss claims must be notified to us via email as soon as the shipment has been received so we can request the relevant images and documents from you that are relating to the goods in the shipment, so we can then proceed to determine liability for the damage and ensure we are still within the stated timeframe to be able to submit a claim to the courier if needed. All damage claims must be notified by us to FedEx in writing within 21 calendar days from the date FedEx accepted the shipment, failing which no action for damages may be brought against FedEx. I have checked the date that your shipment was dispatched from our EU warehouse up until the date of delivery and unfortunately we may just be still within the 21 days timeframe to submit a damage claim with the courier for your shipment. I can see that you did not request a repack service for your goods prior to shipping, therefore, all of your goods would have been shipped out as they were received from the original senders. I am happy to ask for one of my customer experience agents to reach out to you via email to request additional images of the damaged items so we can assess and conclude this matter further at our side for you.

All damage or loss claims must be notified to us via email as soon as the shipment has been received so we can request the relevant images and documents from you that are relating to the goods in the shipment, so we can then proceed to determine liability for the damage and ensure we are still within the stated timeframe to be able to submit a claim to the courier if needed. All damage claims must be notified by us to FedEx in writing within 21 calendar days from the date FedEx accepted the shipment, failing which no action for damages may be brought against FedEx. I have checked the date that your shipment was dispatched from our EU warehouse up until the date of delivery and unfortunately we may just be still within the 21 days timeframe to submit a damage claim with the courier for your shipment. I can see that you did not request a repack service for your goods prior to shipping, therefore, all of your goods would have been shipped out as they were received from the original senders.
