Returns are now on us! You heard it right; if there is any reason you want to return your item to the sender, we won’t charge a fee. We want you to be able to try our service with confidence. If you are not happy with anything after your package arrives at our warehouse, you can simply send it back for free within seven days. Zero risk!
You might be wondering why someone would want to return their order ... well, from experience we know that sometimes things just don't work out. Maybe you find a better offer for the same product the day after your parcel arrived at the warehouse - life is like that! Another reason is when people are not aware of import restrictions in their country. This is common for first time international shoppers.
There are some simple terms to follow if you want to apply for a free return.
This offer only applies to domestic returns at each warehouse. That means if we receive a package at the German warehouse we will only ship it back to a sender located in Germany. We will not return for free to a country outside Germany.
This offer applies to the original sender or retailer address only. We will not forward to a different shipping address even in the same country as the warehouse. This is to prevent fraud which we have found to be prevalent in such situations.
Where the retailer provides a shipping label, it is essential that you provide it for us otherwise there is a risk you will not receive the refund from the retailer.
