I have used Forward2me for a number of years and have found them to be efficient in the processing of a package. My packages have been processed on the day they have arrived in my suite, once I have uploaded my invoices. Would recommend Forward2me as a freight forwarder.

Literally the best forwarding company! Helped me when I had no idea what to do, and the customer service is A-1!! I was skeptical from reviews, but idk what those people are talking about. It’s a little pricey, but I keep using them, because it’s worth it and I trust them!

I had an awful experience with this company. I probably sent them 50 emails as there were so many issues. From logging in problems to the delivery. I was told I would be charged £14 for the replacing option instead I was charged £16. I was also told some items I had was dangerous, only for them to tell one item was dangerous as it was a nail polish remover which I understand. But the confusion between the warehouse and the customer service team delayed the delivery which I needed urgently some of it around whether a lotion was considered dangerous and another about the package they recieved been open. I waited 2 or 3 days for someone to come back to me but eventually I just asked for the item to be shipped anyways. Customer service reps also dont respond when they cant answer a query. I had several unanswered emails and WhatsApp messages. But then the email requests were put under one request and still went unanswered until I sent a few chasers. My delivery was initially sent via FedEx even though I asked for it to be sent via DHL as i put down a DHL delivery address. Luckily I eventually got the shipment but the repacking option didnt really help as the weight of the items separately was still used as the final weight so I don't even think they reweigh it after repacking. I read so many negative reviews but thought maybe those individuals were just being difficult but found it to be a negative experience and would suggest that you look at a different reshipping company.

I see first of all that there was an issue with your shipping address, this was resolved however we then discovered an item classsed as dangerous goods was located in your package on repack.
I do apololgise that some processes took a little time to resolve however customer services aren't based in the warehouse and need time to communicate with them to action your requests. I know this can be frustrating for the customer however please be assured that we always do our very best to action requests as quickly as possible.
I see you have mentioned that you have emailed and sent messages in whatsapp, sometimes this can confuse matters as different agents take on the queries and this slows down the process. It is always best to keep to one communication channel to ensure that your queries are dealt with as swiftly as possible.
I'm sorry that repacking your goods did not save any money on shipping however the service does also aim to ensure your goods are safe and secure for international shipping and I see on a positive note that your shipment arrived on time.
I hope this will not deter you from using our services again in the future, I know you say you have seen some negative reviews on our site, I admit things don't always go right for the customer however we do have many more positive reviews than negative ones.

should let people know before combine/ship that they need to prepare documents themselves. put it somewhere in the UI. Also they changed the value of my goods after i already attached the receipts to weird values, some even included shipping in the price, i had to correct it.

For the invoices, goods and service tax is now collected for shipments under the vlaue of 1000 AU$, due to the amount of shipments forward2me ship to Australia we needed to register with the Australian authorities to collect GST on shipping and pay this money back to your government. For us to be compliant we need to request a copy of the purchase invoice to verify the values entered are correct so the right amount of GST is collected.
Although we do have a dedicated page on our website explaining this, I do understand where you are coming from and this is an area we are currently working on. Unfortunately we do need to include the amount paid for shipping the goods to your forward2me address if this is showing on the invoice presented. This may explain the discrepencies on the changes made to your invoices.
I hope my explanations help going forward however if you have any further questions please feel free to contact customer services and they will be very happy to help you through any processes on our site.

I think the payment process is a bit complex, especially when using a Paypal account that differs from the username of the account. This should be clearly outlined before proceeding with payment.
Besides that, I think you offer an incredible service. Fast, easy, and cheap. I especially like how you offer to change packages and give an estimate of best to worst-case scenarios (and prices) when repackaging.

I have investigated this issue fully for you and see that we have been attempting to help you ship the goods however they are classed as dangerous goods so require special arrangements for shipping.
Although we originally arranged shipping to your country you then decided to cancel the shipment and ship the goods to an alternative address in the Uk. Following this you then discovered that the retailer had sent you the incorrect goods and have now requested that the goods are returned to the sender.
Please be assured that we are happy to help you with the return however you have not yet provided us with the return address. I have asked one of the customer service team to contact you to try to resolve the situation.
