The support of F2M can't be better. I had so many questions and all of them were answered. Thank you so so much. My package arrived savely and I'm so happy to hold them in my hands, after a return from UPS. So I never would choose UPS again. But with dpd or dhl everything is fine.

I have used a number of package forwarding services and Forward2Me is by far the best. They are really efficient and organised, and any package without issues is forwarded very quickly. If there are issues, from either end, they resolve them quickly and with great communication. You always know what is happening and why. Any time I have had questions (which has been a few times lately) their communication is clear and they are very helpful. They have helped me manage a few tricky forwarding issues for which I am very grateful. I could not recommend Forward2Me more highly and will not use any other forwarding service.

Was quoted a reasonable price for shipping. After placing an order and already paying for items, the price of the forwarding went up 10x and was not offered any sort of compensation. This website / service is a complete scam do NOT use Forward2Me

Service rapide et correct, cependant ne tombez pas dans le panneau de l'option "refaire le colis et bénéficiez d'une assurance". J'avais jusque là plusieurs services de livraison à choisir mais une fois l'option sélectionnée, il ne m'en restait plus qu'un seul, UPS, qui m'a extorqué 35 euros de frais de douane et avec un service de livraison débile, je suis resté 2 fois chez moi pour les recevoir, le livreur n'a pas daigné m'appeler pour que je lui ouvre la porte et a déposé mon colis dans un dépôt assez loin de chez moi (je ne suis pas véhiculé). Vraiment nul. Ah et pour en revenir à l'assurance promise par forward2me, elle coute 20 euros. Non merci, je me suis bien fait avoir. Comme c'est un des rares sites à proposer un proxy vers le Royaume Uni je l'utiliserai probablement de nouveau à regret mais je ne tomberai plus dans le piège.

Ich habe schon öfter über Lieferdienste in Nicht-EU-Ländern bestellt, doch es war nie so kompliziert wie bei forward2me. Ich hatte einen Adventskalender bestellt und jedes einzelne Teil wurde analysiert und jeden Tag gab es ein anderes Problem. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt und vor allem habe ich keine genaue Erklärung erhalten was genau das Problem ist. Auf meine Fragen kamen immer nur Standart-Antworten. Am Ende war der Versand plötzlich doppelt so hoch wie ursprünglich berechnet und dadurch, dass alle Produkte einzeln gelistet waren musste ich dem Zoll eine extra Gebühr von 50€ zahlen.

When asking questions about my order/s I always make myself very clear about what I am asking but the person seems to fail in understanding basic requests but we get there in the end. And as far as Fedex is concerned I understand why they are so cheap. Their way in which they deliver items that arrive all at once is in 3 separate days (the last time they didn't deliver on the day they claimed no one was home when they delivered another parcel in the day), madness! Anyway after I did all the ground work I eventually got them no thanks to FedEx…

The repacking was done well, the box was not oversized. Worked really well. The whole process was very fast.
The only critique is maybe offer some more breakdown information on the international addresses. Sometimes I am not sure if a piece of information is a county, district, prefecture. So far I've been able to get it right in businesses shipping forms, but it does cause some uncertainties.

We are confident that we have not scammed you or mishandled your package items in any way.
You are searching for a package that never arrived at our warehouse. We investigated the DHL Paket racking number and found that it was out for delivery on Saturday, but our warehouse in Germany is closed on weekends. As a result, the parcel was returned to the sender.
I understand how upsetting it can be to lose items and feel frustrated with the process. We request photos to determine if the package was tampered with or inspected by customs, as we have encountered situations where couriers may open and inspect packages, potentially resulting in lost items inside.
We are communicating with you via email and clarified that the items were returned to the original sender. You have agreed to request compensation directly from them.

Offers only one delivery Option to destination outside UK and repacking Consumes a couple of days. DHL delivery was ridiculously expensive with 77€!

From the UK to Germany we currently have 9 different shipping options from companies including DPD, UPS, FedEx and DHL. Each of these services has restrictions on what you can ship, including things like limits on value, size or weight, or the type of goods.
Unfortunately your shipment contained a type of Dangerous Goods. From your perspective that might not make sense as you were only shipping hair care products. We don't make these rules but we are forced to work within them. At forward2me we are fully qualified to ship dangerous goods from all of our locations but many courier services don't allow dangerous goods on their networks owing to the additional burden of special packaging, special handling and additional paperwork. This is why you only see one shipping option - that is the only option currently available to us for that type of goods from the UK to Germany.
I agree with you, the shipping price is high. Unfortunately this is outside our control. The cheaper services have the most restrictions - including not allowing Dangerous Good - that is how they keep their costs low. In addition to being limited to more premium services, substantial additional fees are applied for handling dangerous goods. At forward2me we do not charge anything extra, we just pass those fees straight through from the courier.
This is a frustrating situation even for forward2me but I would like to reassure you that we are continually pressing the couriers to reduce these fees and we are working hard to provide more shipping options in every type of situation.
